  1. in the model .ytd file, save the texture as arjent_emis.png and replace arjent_emis in that file.
  2. What does your dlclist.xml look like? As long as that's correct and you copied the folders correctly to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks or update\x64\dlcpacks it's a fairly simple install now.
  3. @Alex_Ashfold Question, is there a mod to make the LSPD badge texture on the default cop peds match up with EUP LSPD badge? Pretty sure there is, but having trouble locating it.
  4. @crazytaxi1000 Original clearer instructions I posted on American Sirens, if you don't understand those I linked: Export your current vehicles.awc as openFormats to a blank folder with OpenIV. In that folder, replace all the files in \vehicles with the .wav files from the siren mod you're installing. Now with OpenIV reimport the .oac file from said folder. That should be all you need to do as the latest OpenIV update fixed the issue with importing the sound files.
  5. Nope, I used that one, and it all works for me. What are you seeing in Skin Control after selecting the MP ped and browsing clothes? Have you tried matching up all the stuff in the Content (screenshots) folder?
  6. Take a look at the Content folder in the archive and all the screenshots within... should give you an idea of roughly how to get what you're after. The rest is trial and error and bugging the shit out of Alex.
  7. You select the MP model (male or female) and go to the clothing menu.
  8. There is Follow Me and Mimic Me. Follow me by default is Ctrl-T, Mimic is Ctrl-Q.
  9. I had to search for it, so here's a direct link: http://gta5.48h.waw.pl/sdm_downloads/arrest-warrant-callout-0-4-20-2145-beta/ Course, I missed the navigation pane right beneath the first picture too ;)
  10. @w35 Can't download new version, latest one I can see is ArrestWarrantCallout-0-4-18-145beta.7z Maybe you've exceeded the limit ;)
  11. Put this in the carvariations.meta of mpchristmas2 after <variationData>
  12. I'm still using it and it doesn't crash, so it seems to be working.
  13. Use the changelog dropdown at the bottom of the description. Edit: I'm too slow.
  14. Define max settings, because I don't believe you. I'm sorry but a 500 dollar computer isn't going to play GTA5 on 'max settings'. Are you playing at 4k resolution, 8xMSAA, 16x Anisotropic Filtering and all settings maxxed out? People like to toss around 'max settings' with GTA5 but on true maximum settings it can bring the beefiest computer to its knees.
  15. Oh, I'm an idiot, I didn't realize that was a hypothetical .ini. I already knew you could put a vehicle multiple times for increased chances. Anyway, posting from work, disregard @PNWParksFan
  16. Very interesting thread, if I may ask how did you find out about the VehicleSet and per vehicle percentages? Don't see that documented anywhere. Thanks for sharing.
  17. I can't see the screenshots because this forum seems to randomly eat attachments now.
  18. I would concur with this except replace police4 with NIGHTKID's unmarked CVPI. Best slicktop CVPI out there IMO, and has livery support if you so choose. I use the unmarked Taurus by POLICESCO for fbi slot and his suburban for FBI2.
  19. it still works, and it's still better than the default canned action.
  20. @Delco24 @liberto update your winrar or 7zip
  21. Yep, Albo still has LSPDFR beat for prisoner transport, I won't be using the builtin transport. Not to mention the other features involved with Arrest Manager. Still a must have mod.
  22. I am with @DLM3 on this. If you take a default LSPDFR pursuit call, the moment you accept it, 2-3 helicopters and anywhere from 4-7ish car units are all over the suspects. Basically you just drive to the red dot and if anyone is still alive, they'll be fleeing on foot from the army of police after them and you clean it up.
