    Yeah, I figured. As Rockstar has released so many updates, the limit for 'car addons' has decreased with each one, so you need that gameconfig.xml to have more than a handful of addon vehicles... and I don't use RDE but I know they have a lot.

    are you missing the modified gameconfig.xml for RDE? If you use a mods folder, you could rename it temporarily and see if the game will load to verify that.

    The E button problem definitely isn't isolated to your callout, at least not for me and others I've seen it happen to on youtube.

    Well, that's a good sign, but something has to be wrong. This is from the datasheet on your liquid cooler: ChillControl™ Thermal Management Console ChillControl™ gives users control of fan speed and lighting effects. It also provides monitoring of liquid temperatures, fan speed, pump speed, and sound level. So maybe see if that's installed and if so what it's reporting. Barring that, you might want to call iBuyPower* and explain what's going on... maybe they can talk you through some troubleshooting or what not.

    I have heard the Corsair all in ones are pretty decent. Or if you prefer air cooling, Noctua makes some nice heatsinks. Radiator is probably mounted at the top of the case or in the front, but even if it was clogged with dust, I doubt you'd see temps at 90c. You could download a program called speedfan and see if it reports any CPU fan (pump) readings.

    Well, I don't watercool anymore but I used to do custom setups, and typically a water pump has a PWM sensor to monitor RPMs like a fan. If the pump is at 0 RPM, then it's probably dead. Did your PC come with any type of monitoring software?

    @phoenixpolice Yeah if the CPU is 90, your pump is probably toast. Not sure if that unit has RPM sensor for the pump but something is definitely wrong.

    Did you install RadianceV after installing VisualV? If you don't do it in that order, it isn't going to work.

    Installation of model:(OpenIV) Go to: (mods)/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and replace all files provided. Instal carvariations.meta in: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpluxe/dlc.rpf/common/data and replace the file. You can install it wherever though, patchday11ng for example.

    I really dislike the concept of forcing a check for updates without the option to disable it. Just put an option in the .ini and default it to on, but let me have the ability to turn it off.

    There is a Window Tint folder in the archive. It contains Normal and Smoked. You could try using the Normal .png in the .ytd file. I don't recall what it comes with.

    @Thehurk I think some of the confusion here might be that in the mod archive extras folder the Policeb Lights Edit file says to use sirenSettings 13, but apparently from reading the comments it should be sirenSettings 1

    For whatever slot it's in make sure the diffuseTint is set to this: <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> ...which basically means no tint.
