  1. you may want to redownload then, I have those files.
  2. not sure what your .xml file looks like but try this:
  3. I don't recall there being any blue left. Do you have a screenshot of the blue in-game?
  4. it's update(d) for the current RPH v.0.60
  5. Most likely, which is why you shouldn't immediately update when they come out.
  6. Drugalyzer or breathalyzer, should give a positive reading.
  7. Here you go. https://www.dropbox.com/s/pvdg5p6w9kneple/police.xml?dl=0
  8. Too bad (or maybe convenient for the Oklahoma Police) there's no video of what happened. I'm betting it wouldn't be much different than the cop who shot the unarmed guy in the back 8 times as he tried to run, then planted a taser on him. Obviously, in this case the guy wasn't running, and he did have a 'weapon', but I don't see any indication in the article that he came toward the officers aggressively or did anything to warrant being shot five times.
  9. put it in the same folder as the .dll. It's just for verbose logging to the ragepluginhook.log in the event of a crash.
  10. I guess we'll agree to disagree then. Sounds like homeboy was probably better suited to be a mall security guard, not a police officer.
  11. Naw, shooting someone five times is shooting to kill. There's really no other outcome in that scenario.
  12. Shooting someone in the chest FIVE times is self defense? Okay then.
  13. Electoral college bruh. Not to mention, the entire American political system is so ripe with corruption, there's probably no legitimate way to fix it at this point.

Like jacklop21 said, in the upper right with the yft open, there's a "Level of Detail", and you just left click on it (If it has full level of detail it will go from High, Medium, Low, to Vlow). If it doesn't change from high, it has no LODs. If it changes and the polygon/vertice count goes down with each stage and the model doesn't completely disappear, it has LODs. You can't reduce it, you just want to verify they exist. If they don't exist, you should either not use the model as a replacement, or strictly use it as an addon/get rid of it.

yeah, that's the only thing that'll open a .yft file
  16. Someone posted ELS xml files in the comments here. Either use those, or make your own.
  17. Well the more you do it, the better it should work... otherwise, I dunno.
