TLDR: GOOD SHiT I gotta say, this is perfect if you wanna do some rioting, throwing around molotovs n shit. With enough fires you can make the world look like a fucking hellscape, since all that smoke builds up. I'm surprised at how little it affects performance, especially considering how much it adds. I'm tired of all these boring ass graphics mods that are all the same exact thing: "make the game pretty!!!11!!" maybe I don't want the game to be pretty. maybe I want the game to give me the feeling of a gas station bathroom in the middle of nowhere. so that brings me to my request: a graphic mod that makes the game look grimy and dirty, filthy and disgusting. anyone have any links?
i'm having a bug I suspect is linked to this where my game will crash if I try to scroll through the weapon wheel on the mouse when in a car. Any ideas?- 161 comments

what program do you use? I've been using paint.net, but it lacks a lot of tools and I'm thinking about changing programs.

alrighty, will do.I'm running euphoria ragdoll, rippler's realism, and I usually have godmode on.every time. and its absolutely hilarious when I drive for a good 10 minutes and the paramedic will pull a skyrim and run halfway across the map to get to mei've ran into a bug where one of the EMS guys will follow me around, trying to give me health packs forever. This is even if I am at full health and armor. Only way I can get rid of him is by cancelling EMS. and the dude is determined as hell to give me health packs too, I left a scene and drove halfway around the map, after a while he showed up running towards me to try and give me a health pack.that's definitely an issue with game memory. try removing a few scripts and setting gta's priority to high in the task manager and see if that helps. This is happening because the game is running out of memory to use, and as a result can't load the map in.
