True, very true.

Not only that, he frequently rips lightbars from F5544's vehicles (which he knows about now, and intends to take some sort of action against it). He constantly tells people that hes the maker of scripts that don't exist, or scripts that others own. Like all of you have said, he's a point blank liar, and persoanlly I hope sometime in the future someone takes legal action against him for some of the things he claims as his own.

I've recently read multiple posts about a YouTuber who I'd once come across a couple months back. His name is DoctorGTA, Doctor GTA, or one of his other 3 something channels. The only reason for this post is to bring attention to those people who don't know what all he's been lying about. It includes multiple things such as: Lying point blank to his subscribers and viewers to make himself appear cool Ripping things from peoples models, telling them they will be released, and then later saying something about how it got corrupted. ELS- This is the biggest thing and lie he's been tossing around. I recently called him out on it under my LSPDFR Gaming channel, I went about this professionally directly using a statement from one of the Developers/Testers of ELS (Bxbugs). Bugs said in short that: DoctorGTA does not have ELS, nor will he ever be welcome to join the "Testing Team" for ELS. (He replied to me saying fine, I'll make a video about the truth). Claiming certain things as his own (that aren't his and he knows it) I'm not making this to bash him, nor be a prick towards him. However I feel the community does have a right to know what this man is actually about, and up to. Please state your opinion on this subject in the comments! (If this is against community guidelines, I obviously missed it as for it's 3am where I live, and if it is I apologise!)

My current feeling now, from reading all posts, is that this mod most likely won't be released until Either sometime past August, or possible even next year. Hell, if production is slow and things aren't figured out we could be waiting a year and a half. This is my long shot, and I'm hoping for a sooner release, but better to prepare yourself for the worst possible outcomes, and then be surprised by the best.

Granted it might not be big, but Chicago would be interesting. I don't care though, but I don't think I'm feeling the whole Liberty City again. Don't get me wrong I like Liberty, it's just I feel like it's too soon for a repeat of Liberty, but to each their own!

Are you using EVL?

Dude... F5544 will most likely do that himself.... if he doenst make the skin you want then make it yourself or wait for someone else to make it.

You really... really need to chill on all of the questions for hings like that. You've done nothing but ask if its going to be unlocked, or if you can get a unlocked model.

I bet F5544 will end up doing that himself, those are his lightbars and you need to ask permission before you do stuff like that usually.

Why would it need to be unlocked?

Any new goodies or information you've got to share with us?

XD, theres currently no cars that work with it, but he expects people to convert them pretty quickly since it's pretty easy i guess. He said if no one does then he'll release the ones he made to work with it.

CHECK IT OUT :D, someone has made a replacement for ELS until it comes out. It's called EVL.

Thank you very much for the information bugs, you guys keep up the amazing work to hopefully have an amazing version of ELS in the future, based off of what I saw from Police Wags most recent video it would appear that it looks ready to hopefully be released by March of next year (my longest shot).
