  7. It can be attached and it looks like it might not need to be enveloped. I can tell it was modeled exactly from a ped.....lol. But it's better to do it in 3ds max

  11. when i made the car i i had to do a new vehicle ide for it and i used the police line for the whole thing but it didn't work for neither problem. But i got it to work for lcpdfr 1.0b
  12. I made a detective car for my detective ped and i made it into policew, now the first question is do anyone know how to add it to the spotlight mod? Because i did and it still dosen't work but it works for all other vehicles. The second question is the car is popping up parked in places and is being driven by civilians. Do anyone know how to solve that problem? And before anyone answers, i have police vehicles in all slots including police3,4, and b. Thanks for any input.
  13. did you use the correct light textures. open up your lights hierarchy and your materials editor then go to your lights textures and i can tell you what you did wrong
  14. I have a friend that did a f150 off road truck and was in the process of making it into a police conversion, but it didn't have that thing on the back of it.
  15. Here's a simpler answer, if you wanna see your equipment inside the car just place the object directly under chassis L1 or L2 if you have. That way your your equipment will be in the vehicle hierarchy and you can still see it inside the car to make proper adjustments.   19. Modding a ped is easy, it's getting them to work in game which is the hard part. It might crash your game or either have bugs, but nthing is 100%. I would still recommend using 3ds max. It's so much easier.
  20. actually it would be the same as attaching an object to a ped. for example attaching the swat leg holster to a another ped. The only issue is how the bottom of the pants are made. you would have to edit it so that the boots fit over the pants legs without it extruding out.

  22. Ok, i see what you are talking about but no that's not the vest. or holster. It was converted from a game. let me find it again and show you.
  23. of course, i was gonna make a ped for it but i needed boots and a helmet and changed my mind...lol. The only problem is that because gta iv dosen't have the proper foot placement for this type of bike, the feet are placed where the regular bike pedals would be and the fast bikes ide's don't look proper with this bike so it's better to use the bobber ide. But i'll give it to you.
