He's asking why there's so little police chatter on the in-car radio. It's randomized, Ned. You can always go find a streaming police scanner radio channel online and play it in the background if you wanted to some radio chatter.

There are data recovery services that can be performed for you either at local retail electronics store, or an independent technician. In any case, data is never truly deleted from a hard drive. Formatting only puts a layer of random 1's and 0's on top of it. The only way to truly get rid of information is to actually smash the platter. If you want the information badly enough, you can get it.

It can work with ELS V6 but it may crash the game somewhat often.

Certain key combinations may end the game depending on the game itself. Some games will close with ALT&F4, Counter Strike Source closes with F10, and I've found that pressing an arrow key and hitting '1' on the numeral pad will make GTA IV crash/close.

You don't tap it in rapid succession. Alt & T will usually pull out the taser no problem. If it does not, wait a second and try it again.

No, you can't add cars to the game, only replace existing ones. GTA IV checks the vehicle.img file by counting the number of cars in it. If the number is different from default, the game won't load. And what do you mean by "change the ELS"? Regarding what you said earlier about playing the game fine with car mods; LCPD:FR uses police cars, AI police pedestrians and call outs far more than a default install of GTA IV would. And random callout police cars are left ditched by the police officers themselves if you're not in the immediate area looking at the AI car itself waiting for the cop to get back in. It saturates the game with too many high polygon count models that eventually overload the game engine and crash it.

You can't commandeer a vehicle due to police business? AI cops will. lol

Never save while on duty. Try uninstalling GTA IV, delete any traces of files related to it whatsoever. Game saves, demos, anything. If you can't run GTA IV at all, never mind the mod, then you have another problem.

Road blocks will happen automatically in game (by this I mean vanilla GTA IV) if you get a high enough wanted level and you attempt to cross a major bridge to another area.

Start a thread in the support section please, but follow the troubleshooting guidelines before you do.

Yeah, in the future try and post this in the GTA IV mods section. We only ask because it's not directly due to anything related to LCPD:FR. The ENB mod wrecks things like ELS, so you'll need yet another mod to help fix it. That's why I try and keep third party stuff to a minimum.
