You can try and use 'ELS Fix' to shut their lights off by rapidly hitting the 'lights on' button. It forces them to turn it on, at which time the AI cops immediately turn it off if they're not chasing after someone. I find that it's a waste of time though and may flood the game engine with more script commands than needed. This also belongs in the content modifications section. Moving.

Anybody else taking a look into this? Pre-ordering the game will get your beta access from Feb. 10th until pre-release. You get to keep your character and his/her progress too. Trailers make it look kinda neat, but I find MMO's are hard to judge from an outside view. You have to actually buy and play them (unfortunately) to find out if they're really any good. I'm on the fence about doing the pre-order.

You also have to upgrade your power supply if it doesn't fit the minimum wattage requirements in order to power it. That's very important.

MODERATOR NOTICE Stop using caps please, that's getting annoying. Also this section is support for LCPD:FR, not ELS. If another mod is ruining your game then it's not considered an LCPD:FR problem. If theres nothing else you need help with, myself or one of the other mods will close this.

LCPD:FR executes scripts in the background in the game that calls for aditional cars, pedestrians, AI functions, etc, which may be overloading your memory which meets the minimum requirement for GTA IV of 2GB. Vista and Windows 7 both take up about 1GB of RAM upon startup, and that's with a virgin system, not one with STEAM or messenger programs or any other crap. You probably need more RAM and your processor is about due for an upgrade. I'd say RAM for right now.

Only happens to me on the first stop. You can see it in my first walkthrough video.

1.) Use your flashlight so you don't get shot in the dark. 2.) You can't let someone drive a car in that condition, he needs to call a cab to give himself a ride home. Maybe the cab next to him would do.
