GTA: Vice City was (and sort of is even though it's like a baby compared to GTA V) my favorite game in the series. I've tried well over a dozen Dodge Chargers and this is the BEST! The default livery on this Charger is just outstanding and I find myself using it almost exclusively when playing as highway patrol.- 35 comments

This is one of my all time favorite GTA V mods. It makes everything look better. One of my faults with stock GTA is that the police lights are just anemic. This mod fixes that completely. I highly recommend only using the bright settings as the very bright is nearly blinding. The only downside (and it's a small one) is that taxi cab signs are extremely bright.- 336 comments
