One of your Vehicle Files may be Currpted as your RPH States an Error whilst trying to Spawn Last saved Vehicle, This then went to Shut LSPDFR Down, I assume this is why

Did you Crash whilst or shortly After Changing your Outfit ? Just read your RPH Log

Delete it and Reinstall it again, Sounds like it wasn’t installed Properly
