Well, English might not be the easiest language to learn but it is a widely used language and lots of television programs are in English as well. I do have to add that here in Belgium we learn both English, French and German and all programs are kept in their native language. Unfortunately, a lot of countries replace the native language of a program with their own and that just deteriorates the language skills. I apologise for going off-topic here :wink:

I'm Belgian and French is the second language here so I'll translate. Jacob is right but he wants multiple things. He wants a link to French police cars, French skins and a French siren. What he also needs is an explanation on how to import all of this stuff into his EFLC. Btw, Break is absolutely right when he says that being French isn't an excuse for not knowing basic English. English isn't the hardest language in the world is it?

Very nice site! Really adds a lot of realism when roleplaying. Couldn't such a system be implemented in LCPDFR, like a sort of crime statistics system? The LCPDFR community would become a police force on its own!

@Olanov: indeed @Break: Very sad indeed. I've been trying all sorts of graphic mods and none of them takes ELS into account. Edit: the only worthy graphic mod that seems to work with ELS is "saphire graphics". It isn't like ENB or ICenhancer but it does add bloom, lighting and better car reflections. You should give it a try.

Try the Radiance mod by Bxbugs. That should definitely work with EFLC, be it TLAD or TBoGT. It makes the lights much more brighter. http://www.gtapolicemods.com/index.php?/files/file/8-radiance-mod/

Absolutely right. You can't even have a decent discussion on a forum anymore without having someone just giving everyone -1 who has another opinion. I myself didn't even say anything that could have insulted or hurt anyone. Where has the world gone to...

Totally agree with Mage. Some countries just have other opinions about guns. You could go on and on about the effects of gun use with both the police and the general public. Some studies claim that guns incite the use of violence while others say that armed response will have a proactive effect. Which one you want to believe is your choice but they still all remain theories.

The Alderney Highway patrol skin is very nice! Might even use that one. Good idea would be to divide Liberty into precincts like in real life and make skins for each precinct. For example the Alderney highway patrol like you made and then some for Bohan, Broker,... Just an idea though :wink:

I was wondering if anyone could provide me with a link of a decent and realistic slicktop dodge charger with a rambar/pushbar? I have been looking all over the internet and most of the time I am forced to chose between a charger with lightbar and pushbar, a slicktop without lightbar but also without pushbar. I have found a perfect model however but I do not know where to get it from: Could someone tell me which model of slicktop charger that is? Any other slicktop models with pushbar are also welcome of course PS: my favourite pushbar would be the wrap-around pushbar but a normal pushbar is just as good.

I'm not sure if that is what you want but here it is anyway: It's a CHP-LHP texture pack from Fowner. It contains both white and black LHP textures. One of the example pictures is an undercover CVPI so just take a look at the pictures and let me know if this is what you meant.
