Will this PC Play GTA IV Semi-decent?
You have to realise that GTA IV is one of the hardest CPU demanding games out there. Like Break said, you might be able to run it on lowest settings with a proper GPU. However, even if you had a monster GPU, it would be restrained by your weak CPU and you still wouldn't be able to play it at maxed settings. And even if you could run it on lowest settings, adding mods or scripts to the game would restrain your CPU even further. That way, it won't be playable at all. Don't buy anything you would regret would be my advice.

This wouldn't even run Pacman. The best thing you could do is using it as a microwave or a book rack.

Drug mule arrest
Well, this pic was taken a long time ago so I don't remember really :-) Besides, I don't think granny drug mule would have made it far ;-)

Abandoned vehicle
Using your imagination helps a lot ;-) You can tow a vehicle using SNT and the license plate and VIN number is just roleplay.

GTA:IV Siren Request
The siren can be found in rextex128's siren pack: http://www.youtube.com/user/rextex128. I forgot which specific siren it is since it's been a while since I used that siren but it is definitely in that siren pack. You'll just have to look for it

@Jacob: Absolutely right. My father is a graphical designer and I used to have a Quadro FX in my pc. I can confirm Jacob's post that these are not meant for gaming. GTA IV would barely run with a Quadro. I replaced it with a Geforce GTS450 and had way better results with that card than an much more expensive Quadro FX.- Lambo

I'm hearing some good opinions and ideas here - Missing Barriers
I've encountered the same problem as well not too long ago. Also, all the buildings that were supposed to be guarded weren't anymore. For example, the prison and the NATO building were just empty. Using some backups did the trick for me - Belgium grenade attack
@Molten: Exactly what I meant. Some situations are just easier to solve if you have a taser at your disposal. And I agree with the not carrying. It should just be a taser unit who could be called in like it is in the UK now. Here in Belgium, the only ones who have tasers are SWAT. Why not make taser units like in the UK? @NicolaiB: you make it sound very simple but when your in a situation where a suspect is not cooperative, it isn't that easy to just engage them in hand to hand combat. I know since I've interviewed a lot of offcicers and security guards for my thesis. The last thing you want is getting punched in the face. Pepper spray in a confined space isn't the best idea either since there is a chance of blowback. Using a firearm inside could injure other people as Molten said. To me, such a situation would be perfect for the use of a taser. You must realise that when someone is determined to harm you, you want to subdue him as fast as possible and I wouldn't engage him in hand to hand combat first before using something like a taser or pepperspray. However, I can only speak for Belgium so maybe things are done different in your country.- Belgium grenade attack
@Molten: The child didn't survive indeed. And I couldn't agree more with what you said. We had a similar case with Kim De Gelder a few years back who stormed into a childcare center and stabbed two babies and a woman to death. His motive was also to become notorious. What's so frustrating is that you just can't prevent these kind of things. @NicolaiB: You're right about that. However, it still remains naive to accept firearms for our officers but to renounce tasers by saying they're too dangerous. Some Belgian police forces could definitely use a taser. I'm doing my internship next month with the federal police and I think that when doing a house search, it would be handy to have a taser since you're dealing with some dangerous people within a confined space. Edit: seem to have double posted. If a mod could delete one of the posts?- Belgium grenade attack
@Mage: indeed. And to think our government is against tasers for all officers but has no problem giving each officer pepperspray, a batton and a glock/smith and wesson. Talk about being naive...- Roleplaying tool (serious enthusiasts only!) [mdc.lcpdfr.com]

Actually, Liberty city is just a neighborhood in Miami. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liberty_City_%28Miami%29 There is an city called Liberty but that's in Texas http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liberty,_Texas Just some fun facts - oops
Haha, nice parking skills And to think it happened in "Liberty City", Miami. What a coincidence Seeing all the officers taking photo's and smiling, I'm sure his entire department will make sure he never forgets this - Belgium grenade attack
I understand your view, but despite the lack of a real government for over a year, we did fine. And it isn't that easy to just split a country. What would happen to our police force, army, EU membership,...? And it wasn't a Belgian, it was an Arab according to the passport found in his wallet. The real problem here is that he was released under conditions after serving 2/3 of his sentence. He started dealing arms after his release right away so why the hell wasn't he arrested again right away? I would also like to note that, as my professor said on the news, criminals are getting bolder and bolder it seems. We had multiple shootings the last year and the use of AK-47's frequents more and more here in Belgium. Now it's even grenades. Apparently it's becoming easier to purchase firearms at the black market. A sad evolution really. @Molten: Couldn't agree more. - Need a badass Graphics Card
