GTA V won't even load after update
i would follow LukdeD's advice. I've had a similar issue. I, however, did use the "mods" folder. With each update, I suspect the "update.rpf" file gets changed. That's why my mods (the ones which were installed in update.rpf at least) would cause the game to crash. What I did was, replace the update.rpf file with the original one and reinstall my mods. That did the trick for me.

New Law Enforcement Tribute Video - Worth Watching
Very touching tribute. It is a good reminder of how LEO's risk their life every day, walking those unforgiving streets.

We lost a Wisconsin State Trooper in the line of duty - EOW 3/24/2015
Very sad news. My condolences to the family and friends of this brave trooper. I myself am a young LEO, not much older than him, so I know how proud he must have been to go out on patrol alone for the first time. I salute him for standing his ground and exchanging fire with this low life piece of scum. He is a true example of honour and courage to all rookie LEO's. This truly is a sad day for law enforcement..

Advice on gaming build
Thanks for the advice! I've changed the PSU to a Corsair RM750W. Will come in handy when i decide to go for SLI, I guess. As for the HD, what would you change? I figured it would be enough with 1TB HD and a 128GB SDD. I've played lcpdfr on windows 8.1 already and I don't seem to have any issues. What issues are you having?

Advice on gaming build
Greetings to you all. Recently, I decided to spend some hard earned cash on a gaming desktop. However, this is the first time I'm buying a desktop, specifically for gaming. I know there are a lot of PC gamers on this forum so I'd like some advice on these specs: - Case: Corsair Graphite 230T Black Window - Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 - CPU: Intel Core i5 4690K - CPU Cooler: Scythe Katana 4 - Memory: 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz Crucial Ballistix - GPU: NVIDIA GTX 970 (ASUS STRIX DC2OC 4G GDDR5) - Sound card: Onboard audio 7.1 - HDD: 1000GB HD (Toshiba 7200RPM) - SDD: 128GB Solid State Drive (Crucial MX100) - PSU: Corsair VS Series VS650 - OS: Windows 8.1 This build would cost me 1.350 euros or 1,511 dollars. Is this a good price for this specific setup or am I paying too much? I'd like my build to be future proof for a couple of years and play games on high settings. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Advice needed on custom gaming build
Thanks again for the advice. Based on your remarks, I've composed this build: PSU: Corsair RM (650 watt, atx, sli ready, modular) Motherboard: Asrock Z87 Extreme3 CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K (4c, 4t, 3.4 ghz, 6 mb, 84 watt, boxed) Cooling: CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 EVO (s775, sAM2, s1366, sAM3, s1156, s1155, sFM1) Memory: Kingston HyperX (16384 mb, 1600 mhz, CL10, 1.65 v, non-ecc, unbuffered, kit of 2) GPU: GeForce GTX 760 OC (1085 mhz, 2048 mb, DDR5, 6008 mhz, 256 bit, 11, fan) HDD: Seagate Barracuda (1000 gb, sata/600, 7200 rpm, 64 mb, 3.5") This would only cost a bit more than the build in the original post. The only thing different in this build is no SDD, 16GB of RAM instead of 8GB and a different PSU.

Advice needed on custom gaming build
Thanks to you both for the advice. I'll leave the SDD out and perhaps look for another PSU. Do you think this build would allow me to run most games on high settings? I'd like to keep playing lcpdfr as well with a nice enb if possible.

Advice needed on custom gaming build
Hello to you all, Recently, I've been looking into buying a new desktop PC, capable of running most games on high settings. One thing I learned from experienced IT guys on this forum is, when it comes to buying a gaming pc, always purchase a custom build. However, since I'm no expert on building a custom pc, I need some advice. The custom build I'm particulary interested in, is the following: Housing: Corsair 300R voeding: Corsair CX 600 v2 Watt Motherboard : Asrock Z87 Pro3 Processor : INTEL CORE i5 4670K (3.4 GHZ, unlocked multiplier) CPU cooler : CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 EVO Memory : 8GB DDR3 1600 Mhz GPU: Nvidia GTX 760 2GB Dual fan edition SSD: 120Gb Samsung 840 HDD: 1TB SATA3 7200rpm ODD: 24x DVD-Rw station Network : Gigabit ethernet rj 45 This build would cost me 949 euros or 1305 dollars and is the right budget I'd like to spend. If anyone with some experience in the field of hardware could give me some advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

Do you think youth in emergency response teams should be allowed to have lights and sirens
First, I want to point out that becoming an explorer is a very wise decision. It shows your maturity. Regarding the topic though. As I have first-hand experience with driving code 3, I can tell you, it's not something you should take lightly. People react in very different ways (some people slam on the brakes, some swirve to the left or right,...) and that's what makes it so dangerous. On top of that, you're reaching speeds of 60-80 mph in places where you have to drive 20-30 mph tops to be able to notice everything like crossing children, bikes,... Running a red light for example sounds very easy but people who see green light don't have the tendency to slow down and don't look at the other side since they don't expect someone crossing. Also, you'd be amazed at how many people actually hear your siren and see your lights. Many of the cars today are pretty noise resistant. I'm currently 22 years old and I've had my driver license for a good few years now. Even I feel I don't have enough experience yet to be able to drive code 3 with full confidence. I'm sure it will grow with experience though. So in short, I'm definitely against allowing 16 year olds to drive code 3. You just don't have enough life experience.

What siren is this?
It's this one: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> LEDdesign uses the ambiance effect in all his sirens.

That could be the problem right there. I've browsed through the support forum and quite a few people are having the "loader.loader" error like me. Perhaps they are running 4.0 as well? I can't install 4.5 on xp so that could be the cause of the error. Time to backup all my files and upgrade my desktop to windows 7, I guess. Again, thanks for all the help. It's nice to see people dedicate their free time to help out others. EDIT: Seems like people with windows 7 and Net framework 4.5 are still having issues. Perhaps 1.0 could still work on XP with framework 4.0?

Ok. Thank you for all the help. You've been answering support request all day I see. know that it is greatly appreciated. I'll try my best and find a solution. You're certain Net framework 4.0 is just as good as 4.5 to run lcpdfr 1.0 btw?

I couldn't upload the file here so I uploaded it to mediafire: http://www.mediafire.com/download/z0n5z60bv5uruxi/AdvancedHook.dwi Hope you're any wiser with it.

You want me to collapse all the nodes? I'm afraid that will take a lot of screenshots since it won't fit on one screen. Should I send you the file instead? Edit: here are the screenshots with the main nodes collapsed:

Here's the screenshot. I'm using windows XP so I can't install Framework 4.5 but I am running 4.0. I do however have C++ 2012 though. Alos, other people with windows 7 are having the same issue so I doubt it has anything to do with XP. Are you any wiser with this log file?

I seem to have the same problem. Everything was installed with the manual installer. I only have one ASI loader (xliveless) as well. I don't have a x64 system so the automatic installer didn't work for me. Lcpdfr.log: [iNFO - 12:46:50 PM] [Log] Started [iNFO - 12:46:50 PM] [Main] Main: Initializing...
