Because of their proximity to smaller agencies on the NE side of the county, their traffic unit often responds to major crashes in those cities. In my personal game, I have them patrolling in the Rockford Hills/Vinewood area and north into the county. A small agency, JCPPD are sworn police officers and primarily responsible for patrolling the many county parks within Johnson County, and especially speed enforcement in them.
