What will hopefully be the last upload of this pack, until a couple of parts I need and a HQ 21 Tahoe base comes out. Way more enhancements done, this version includes new units with Soundoff lighting, bug fixes, and most importantly, hybrid lighting, allowing much more accurate setups and accurate cruise lights for TPD cars.

INSTALL (BACKUP ALL GAME FILES, OTHER DLCs MIGHT CONFLICT)

 


This pack will only contain a DLC option. There a various .metas that are required for the vehicles to function properly. 

 

You will need a gameconfig file for limitless vehicles. I recommend this:

NEXT 

Navigate here : 

D:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

Find your dlclist.xml, left click edit, scroll to the bottom

Copy this line. The one right here : <Item>dlcpacks:/tally/</Item>

Paste that in the bottom, following the same format as all the other entries. 

Install your necessary ELS files in the normal place.

 

If you follow these instructions, and don't fuck anything up, you're good to go. 

PLEASE MAKE A GOD DAMN BACKUP, IM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU BREAK YOUR SHIT. 

I know these might be a little harsh for some people, but if you saw my DM's after this kind of stuff you would understand. That's partly why I never release.

My lights are dim-
You need to install a light enhancing mod
 

Make it replace instead of DLC-

No. These vehicles require special metas the average person won't know how to add. This is the easiest way.

Change something for my personal taste-

No. These vehicles are designed to be as realistic as possible and with my taste. If you don't like it, make something yourself.


XYZ is wrong-

I've done countless days of research on these vehicles, and unless you have direct access to these vehicles, I probably know better. If anything is wrong, it is due to a lack of information or GTA limitations, such as parts or ELS limitations.

Causes my game to crash, I figured it was a plugin, But nope this vehicle pack is making my game crash, Yes I already installed a game config, HeapAdjuster and PackFileLimitAdjuster.

    There's lots of reasons why this could happen because GTA is extremely finicky and poorly designed when it comes to modding, but myself and a lot of other people have had results messing with different gameconfigs. The one that works the most often for people is PNWParksfans gameconfig.

    Not sure what the issue is, but removing the included mesh fix and carcols worked. I tried using the PNWParksfans gameconfig. however it didn't help.

    Could be a conflict with another pack, my LCSO8 (Red/Blue CVPI) doesn’t have lights on the back of the lightbar. All other lights work fine it appears. (Front and Alleys) 

     

    amazing pack tho. Looking forward to using it tonight when i okay.

    Because those are non-els sirens, it would be a conflict with another pack. You'll need to uninstall the other packs or change the siren ID for it in carcols (I believe it's 848 or 849, carvariations will tell you for sure).

    The majority of people haven't had any issues with everything included and it's hard to pin point a specific issue based on everyone's GTA being set up differently. With the people that were crashing, it appears to be fixed by not installing the carcols that affect 1 K9 car or the mesh file that prevents some parts from being shiny in some graphics settings.

     

    The only way to find out if it works in your game is to try it out yourself.

    Nice pack, very detailed and a lot of effort put into it. I noticed only one thing and I do not know if it is my fault or so comes along with the pack: the blue light is on one side, but reflects as red on buildings and so on. Is this a setting in the ELS XML or why are the colors virtually reversed?
    If there is a fix the pack is a 10/10 ❤️

    When Installing vehicle mesh, I folowed the path way And There's no "win32_40_final" Can anyone Help me on how to get it in there, Or if there's an alternative?

    There was some recent update that changed it around, and I thought I had changed it. The correct path is now:
    mods/update/update2.rpf/common/shaders

    You're talking about a pack with 29 vehicles, all can be affected by various things in a user's personal game or with small bugs that are easy to overlook. It would greatly help in confirming and fixing this issue if you could say what specific vehicle model you are speaking of.

    Until I update the pack one day, those should be easy enough fixes by editing the environmental lighting on any extras that say "Red" instead of "Blue" in the els.xml files. It would be much faster if you do that as with the size of the pack, it would take an hour to upload and I'm currently working on other projects.
