If you have the STEAM copy of GTAIV installed, you can simply go to your "Library", Right click on GTAIV, Go to "properties" and select the tab "Local Files" and at the very bottom click on "Verify Integrity of Game Cache" It will re-download the files you need creating a "fresh" install of the game files you have changed or deleted. Saves the time of re-downloading the whole game. In the case you don't have the STEAM version, feel free to ignore this post. Hope this helps!

Well there are two ways to go on duty. One being alt+p going into the Police Station like you described. When you were selecting your Police model did you hit 'Enter' to actually select that Officer? The other way to go on Duty you could try is forcing duty by pressing 'Control + P'

How exactly are you dispatching the Noose? Do you press alt+N to call them, or are you dispatching them through the Police computer? I myself have a crash anytime I request them using the Police vehicle laptops. But they get dispatched 100% with no crashes when I use alt+N.

My apologies, I am glad you brought that up! Yes, doing a fresh install is a pain if you already have spent a few minutes, hours, or even months modding GTA. Not to mention the time it takes to delete the game from your HD and re-download. That's a nightmare for most modder's on here! And should only be used as a last resort. What version of GTA are you using? Also are you using the latest version of LCPD:FR? I suggest doing a fresh install of GTAIV and LDPD:FR RC2
