Find a car with blue lights, or that closely resembles LPD, and put the skin on it, not that hard. There is around a 5-10% chance that anyone would take hours out of there day for free, so thats your best bet.

If you cant find one, chances are - nobody made one. I mean generally cadillacs arent police vehicles, which would explain the rarity.

It wouldnt cost alot, considering some firetrucks can cost 500,000-1,000,000 US Dollars. But then again, this is just a defib device. (Those prices dont include the $150,000-$200,000 it costs to fully outfit the vehicle)

Steam, you will have it forever, automatic updates, you cant "lose" the disk, the list goes on and on. i find no reason whatsoever to use a hard copy.

The visuals are pretty bad actually, compared to some next gen games. Most gta iv enbs are 2-3x better than GTA V graphics. Thats my opinion though

Say it was on a roof. theres a specially made lock, the lock device itself is bolted on the roof. The drone is in the mechanism, in an emergency, the lock releases. The drone flies away. And what makes you think it cant be in a garage, i mean firetrucks, ambulances, etc are in garages. I doubt the drone is 100% automatic, or automatic at all.

Yeah, but wouldnt you think the drone would be in a garage or something, and whats the point of stealing a ambulance drone? The drone would probably have some sort of lock mechanism which only unlocks when the drone is needed.

Okay then. Im still wondering why my ENB doesnt look that good though. I mean it looks great, but I want it to look as amazing as aCods, etc's screens. Other than that, do you know how to make my els lights look really good?
