Those specs are very similar to mine, and I can run any ENB on ultra with 60+ FPS, and game at all with 60 FPS to be exact. You should be just fine on next gen games :). I Like the case btw.

GTA IV was 7 years ago, you cant compare a next gen game to a 7 year old game...Also gonna throw in, Rockstar doesnt give two shits about the "police" community. The point of the game is to break the law, not enforce it. Ill get it regardless if LCPDFR or whatever you wanna call it will be released. I like GTA because its a good game in itself. You could get a 500$ PC that could run GTA V lol. No need to spend 1700, but if you want to, go for it.

I would go with Intel, it tends to run gta iv alot better. Overall Intel is alot better technically speaking, but the prices are obviously different on AMD Cpus.
