  1. Nothing to see here folks! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  2. You can. You must do a simple arrest though.
  3. http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/http://gtapolicemods.com
  4. Not related to LCPDFR. And no there is no other place, it's GPM's exclusivity.
  5. You must not aim at the perp with a weapon if you want to proceed to a correct arrest. Just get next to him and use the same hotkey, without aiming at him. (0.95 enhances this a lot)
  6. NOT RELATED, AGAIN. Just do continue, it will appear as if there was no change, but then do "Save and close" and open it again, it will work.
  7. If System.Net cannot be found, then the problem is that you have the wrong C++ Redistributables. Find the sticky topic in the Support section to get the good one.
  8. Not related to LCPD:FR. And, disable the key strokes from the trainer. Then it should work.
  9. Just to let you know, rephrasing my sentence was correct, I was just saying that if you did understand it, he would have too. The problem with your response was the swearing.
  10. That's not a mod. It's a scene built with a trainer (Simple Native Trainer). The firetruck is a bot that was driving it to the waypoint the guy set, all from SNT again.
  11. Swearing is forbidden, please refrain from doing so.

Jay... you should know better than people don't read at all You should've just removed the view permission from them.
  13. I'm amazed on how much people just go past a post and don't even read it, and THEN post the EXACT same thing. *claps*
  14. Read what I just said. If you hold FN and press the corresponding F# key, it will activate the F# key and not the volume and other controls.
  15. He wont if the game did not start o.o
  16. One little thing before the other members start a war, LAPTOPS WILL NEVER BE GREAT FOR GAMING. Now that's said, enjoy the long specs-war below my post :P
  17. Either way, it's hard for an INSTALLER to do the work that another program does easily. Just do it, it's not hard.
  18. Not that I want to be a smartass but: False can mean more stuff. Is GTAIV installed in a default directory? Have you just copy-pasted the contents of the game? Have you installed the game properly? Did you ever do any registry edits? And, onto more stuff, nothing prevents the use of both ASI loaders, infact, I use XLIVELESS AS WELL AS DSOUND, myself. ALSO, for the real problem now. What you are talking about is the lighting modes provided by LCPDFR. You will most likely not see them active if you have ELS-enabled vehicles, that's normal. That is due to the fact that the lighting modes work correctly only with the default/non-ELS cars. Try with an unmodded car and it will work correctly.
  19. Some do the exact opposite. If you hold FN and press the F# keys, it should work if it doesn't work properly without hitting the FN key.
  20. It depends on your keyboard. Normally its the FN key with the number keys. Sometimes it's spread like a numpad in the keyboard.
  21. MODERATOR NOTICE Okay enough, back on topic.
  22. MODERATOR NOTICE Bugs and/or problems caused by the use of other software and/or modifications are not to be answered here. LCPD:FR was meant to be installed on a fresh vanilla installation of GTA IV, if not, you are simply putting yourself in a chance of having a non-working copy of the modification.
  23. This is only due to GTA IV. Pressing P causes the game to look blurry. Its a toggle. When you press ALT-P, you hit the P key. Therefore, you toggled the setting off. Hit P again to turn it off. Case closed.
  24. Well if a vehicle is arriving fast near me, I'd take my duty flashlight and signal him to stop so I can have a chat with him. Police officers do it every day. :)
  25. Enough, back on topic. By replying to him all you do is giving him what he wants. Stay out of this bullshit and everything will be fine.
