When you enter the station, you teleport. We all know how GTA IV handles teleports, probably can't handle it. To verify that, post your specs.

Your log files are detecting a installation of LCPDFR 0.95 RC2. Please make sure you have fully uninstalled 0.95 and install 1.1

P.S Open IV only works in the gta directory, just saying

GTA IV doesn't usually give just Fatal Error, usually it provides a code.

Please try installing through the manual install package.

Uhm? Mods have already flourished. People have almost abandoned GTA IV by now. LSPDFR is also almost here. I'd recommend that you pull yourself out of the dark ages.

When you install ELS head into the .INI and turn off AI ELS. I'm sure some other member can show you how to do that as I currently do not have access to my computer.
