Could you post AdvancedHook.log because that is the one that is listing a crash.

Well, Looking from your log, LCPDFR runs fine. With your 1GB of VRAM, I'd recommend you head to your ELS.ini and disable AI vehicles ELS lights, Once you get a dedicated GPU, you should turn it back on.

Are you perhaps new to GTA IV? The game crashes frquently with NO mods installed, with mods, LCPDFR would be decades old by the time you get some very good stability. Only thing that could help you is to get a dedicated graphics card...
