Do you have a mods folder? If so then that needs to be removed.

Does it work when you use dsound.dll instead of xliveless?

No, I am using the software, it just makes more steps to download the file.

When I tried to download LSPDFR 0.2 in the past minutes (6AM), Google had 'detected' that the file cache was a malicious website. Of course, I knew that it wasn't and went through anyway but then chrome also blocked the file, so I had to go into downloads to recover it. Is this just for me? Is anybody else experiencing this?

I think that is a older version of LCPDFR anyway. Download the latest version here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/4607-lcpd-first-response/ Remove the older version by removing FirstResponse in the scripts folder.

They don't have to show you anything, if you dont trust Sam and LMS, who have dedicated years of their life to LCPDFR and now LSPDFR, then you can quite simply check out something else or deal with the excitement.

Except with LSPDFR, at the moment, it goes to 6 fps.

direct3d device found/lost is not a issue with the game that would cause errors. Try reinstalling DirectX.
