hm, well i cant help with skinning, thats not my dept . best option would be to ask someone who makes skins and would be open to requests.

assuming you already have the skins made, and they are to the same template that the model uses, just open the .ytd file in openiv, find the skins, and replace it with yours.

well, if so, there are plenty of 2013 charger models out, some single, some are parts of packs. im not sure if you want to post pics of the car here, or privately, but someone else or i may be able to point you to a similar car.

most probably the els models you are using didnt have the els coronas properly setup, therefore you dont see them/they arent in the right places. either that or the emmisive mesh in the lods isnt optimally setup. i havent tested this in depth, but from what ive seen if the texture has white/ or is complex, when faraway it looks white, instead of red/blue. but if all is done correctly, then you should be able to get something like this pic below.

Im assuming that your car is using the Tomar scorpion, judging by the year. Unfortunately besides Texas, Arizona and Canada, Tomar isnt really used much and not as popular as other brands. Therefore, afaik there isnt any public model of the bar, @Chief1234 has made one though, dunno if he'd be interested in this. If not, dont really know what to say, somewhere down the line ill may make one, i have several Tomar cars planned, but thats going to be a long time from now.are you feeling alright? do you require medical assistance?

did you modify the emis at all? it should be plenty bright for a light of its size im using it in this video and its not dim, and im using a custom visual settings thats not as bright as most.

this seems a bit bright and overdone for the led hideaway, id suggest using this, which already comes with the emis, or dont use a mesh at all and just use els's aux coronas.

The pack will have more, lots more. IT WILL BE HUUUGE. y'know people ask me about my packs, i tell them i have the best packs, ask anyone around and they'll tell you. now whether i actually finish said packs is a different matter.

better to just get a new uniform, the previous ones had paint and tar dumped on them.
or maybe weld the slits in between the rims together, change the spec to non chrome, then you have a lore friendly version of these rims. either way looks cool
nope, nope nope. this is a linz6, you probably meant a Lin6. but that isnt even a lin6 in the picture, thats a 400 series module which is the module that the freedom uses. easy way to remember, linz6 is the same size as a tir3, and would be used in a dominator, Lin6 is used in a liberty and 400 series is used in freedoms
