I believe this issue may be with the newest RPH 0.43 On RPH 0.42 - I didn't have any of these issues. What version are you on? Downgrade to RPH 0.42 if you updated EDIT:

This seems to be an issue no one has been able to track down yet... I am having these problems also. Many people have inquired about it but no specific answers yet that I've seen.

Certain agencies do #5. I know the city of Monterey Park in California (A *FULL* service city) does these type of checks, but they refer to them as "Extra Patrol", they usually just drive or stop and physically observe the house. They rarely get these type of calls though and generally there has to be reason along with why they want their house checked. (increase of burglaries in the area or w/e it may be)

Isn't that for gta4? The vehicle texture is for GTA 5 If you're talking about the .ytd/.ytf, I have already replaced those and made sure.

After the update, the vehicle I use for POLICE3 has lost its texturing and has turned almost like a digi-green pattern. I've replaced it in both patchday3/patchday4 and have yet to resolve it (both of which reside in the mods folder) This is the only car I have issues with. If you have the DVD or Warehouse version, the only way that I know of stopping it is to block GTAVLauncher.exe in your firewall.

I always see them there but I think that is a default location even without LCPD:FR I've only seen an AI do it once in a random location but I was in "Busy" mode when it happened, now I drive around like that sometimes just looking for them to do it again lol

I'd say stick with AMD if you are just going for gaming + budget. I've had AMD for the longest time until around the ending of 2014 (Oct - Nov). I bought an Asus Maximus VII Hero + i7 4790k for around $400. Surprisingly, the MB was more expensive lol. I got it on a flash deal from NCIXUS Anyways, AMD does run a little warmer due to the amount of power it likes to hog. Intel can be more power efficient and can produce less heat. At least from what I noticed. Before I ran a Sabertooth 990FX r2 w/ AMD FX-6100 and saw that as more newer games were coming out it didn't have the "hmmph" like it use to, I was going to originally upgrade to an 8000 series but decided to take an Intel processor for a ride seeing as no one in my household ever owned an intel processor.

Like cp702 says, the chance is slim. Police departments will see the FBI # (if you were to get it expunged) when doing backgrounds/pre-screen and will most likely ask what it is but you "can" say it's nothing or explain to them what it is. I've heard stories of some people who became officers simply because they told the truth (and were given the chance) and others got in by sheer luck and had lots of references.

He needs to get the charge expunged. I don't know the exact way of doing that but I know you have to go before a judge and there is a time frame set to when you can get it expunged. Source that I have is my father is LEO and we know a judge from the Superior Court of Los Angeles County. I would start looking at your state legislation and see if you are able to get the charge removed via "expungements" Although, I'm not entirely sure if an expunged record will give you a better chance :/
