I was wondering how I can edit the handling and add the +livery to the vehicle data. I have open IV but it will not let me add or delete anything, even in edit mode. Any help?

Is it right after you load a saved game?

I did, im not such a big fan of els, too many different controls over lap eachother.

Can you post the log file? It might be the advancedhook file, it might need to be updated. you can get it from the manual download of LCPDFR 1.0D

I just installed ELS, and I backed everything up prior so im going to get rid of it, but here is the LCPDFR log it told me to report. Im not sure what any of it means, but it would be nice to have els.

When you attempted to reinstall did you delete the directory, otherwise the old framework might still be there.

When exactly do you crash?

I ment Vista SP2, I don't think windows 7 is supported by GTA IV, and .Net 4.5 isn't supported by XP anymore.

Hey guys, My quick action menu doesn't show me any partner commands, it is 1.0D Hotfix and only shows 2 options Evacuate Area and Stop Traffic. I am not sure if I'm not pressing a right key or not.

It looks like you might need to update your .net to 4.5 and advancedhookdotnet.asi might be missing, are you running it in compatibility mode? If so which version? also try to manually install the advacnedhookdotnet into your GTA IV Folder

You have to type you API key in the LCPDFR Config file. It is really easy to do! Its under networking in the config file. Just have to change permissions to admin to save it. good luck. Your API key is under your name. 2nd column very last. it says "My API Key"

I have a few questions for you, since I have had similar problems. What are the specs of the computer you have?

Have you tried to run it with only LCPDFR? Might be one of your mods. Also make sure you are running it in Windows 7 SP2. Does it crash after loading/during loading?

Are you running the game in compatibility mode? If so which version of windows?

How do you add more police cars to LCPDFR? I have downloaded them but what exactly do you have to do? Do I need OpenIV. Pretty much give me the "For dummies" Version

What OS do you have? I have had a problem installing and I had windows 8.1 its kinda confusing, but where does it stop?

Nice, I added vDH's police helper and towing mods. I don't know how to install more PD Cars tho. I think I will get smooth ENB
