Hello. I'm new to this forum and I have a lot of questions, but I'd really like to ask this.

 

yesterday was my birthday and I got gta iv for pc. I have since wanted to download lcpdfr but it hasn't worked once! I downloaded 1.0 but when I open gta it says: This program has quit unexpectedly. Or something like that. I have since looked at forum posts to try to find an answer to my problems but can't. I figured after that that 1.0 wouldn't work for me so I download 9.5 or 90.5 I think. I tried that and my game opened! But when I pushed Alt P nothing happened. I should also point out that I haven't completed any missions and don't save my progress so I start again everytime. I chose to install the xllive.dll thing I think it was so I could play offline, not online. I've had to reinstall gta iv twice since because my game wouldn't start! I really love the idea of lcpdfr and have never used it before. I have looked at tutorials on youtube about how to download it properly but still haven't been successful. I would really appreciate any help that you guys could give me and I'm sorry, if I've asked too many questions. I am very confused and upset that this won't work!

I have a few questions for you, since I have had similar problems. What are the specs of the computer you have?

Ok so, I bought it again on steam and haven't gotten it working yet! So... I have done the installation right and everything correctly but every time that I try to open the diagnostic tool it opens with the options to configure or check my download. But when I click configure or check my download it crashes and said the diagnostics tool has stopped working! What is happening?!
