I think Liberty County Sheriff would be better. Liberty City Sheriff does sound a bit weird, they have their own Police Department already. Nice cars nonetheless.

You have to use OpenIV or SparkIV. Go look on youtube they will tell you how (I suggest OpenIV)

Typically counties will have a sheriff, while the City has a Police Department. In the case the two overlap, such as Orange county in some random state probably has multiple cities in it, thus the Orange county sheriff has jurisdiction over the city police like the State Troopers have jurisdiction over the county sheriffs. However I have never, ever, heard of a "City Sheriff".

You can use ELS V7 but its optimise for ELS V8

A Tahoe with this skin would be pretty nice.
