This is a remake of my 2015 K9 Tahoe but with some improvements and no k9 stuff. It has pretty much the same lighting setup with just the perfect amount of lights, a rambar with fender wrap, and all the features below.

The only downside, is indeed the fact that you have to reload it every time! But none of the less, it will be fixed in upcoming versions and more added.

As you are just patrolling around in your patrol car, you may notice somone approaching very aggressively! This makes your senses tingle, you react and try to get him to stop! But you can't. What do you do now? 
Or say that you are sitting there with your box of donuts and are just about to enjoy them all when you get shot at out of no where!!! 
 
 
 
Installation is easy:
Take the two files, and place it in the plugins folder and thats it.
Once in game, load the plugin and press enter and wait for your fate!
 
Once you or the enemy has been defeated, to give the plugin another shot, load it again in the rage console, and press enter again. _This is a bug, that will be fixed coming newer versions.
 
This is my FIRST plugin. It is meant for a LSPDFR episode. It adds realism in a certain way. Add in the comments if you think you know how it does!

Regional Support Units (RSU)  are specialist armed response units of the Garda Síochána. Garda RSU officers carry a combination of lethal firearms and non-lethal weapons. They are similar to Authorised Firearms Officers of British police forces.
 
The Garda Emergency Response Unit (ERU) provides the highest tier of firearms response to Irish law enforcement, specialising in weapons tactics, counter-terrorism, execution of high-risk missions, crisis negotiation, hostage rescue and close protection, among other roles.

This skin is based off the Ontario Provincial Police department's stealth decals for the ford police interceptor sedan. The pack currently includes 2 versions of the skin, one with BCSO markings and another with OPP markings. I plan to add more agency markings in the next update with an end goal of including  LSPD, SAHP, and also LSSD variants.

INSTALL
1. First, install MattJeter's 2015 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/11448-2015-ford-police-interceptor-sedan-lspd/
2. Open your new.ytd file from MattJeter's 2015 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan in OpenIV (edit mode).
3. Select the import option in the top left.
4. Import either the OPP variant or the BCSO variant to the .ytd file (or both im not your dad, do what you want)
5. Save the file.
6. Open GTA 5 and check out your new stealth unit!

Here is a vehicle that the grand theft auto community has been waiting for a long time to see. It was in grand theft auto 4 now its in 5 thanks to yours truly. It is the Carbon Motors E7 Concept car wich was supposed to be a purpose built police car but unfortunately never took off. So Here it is, I really hope you guys like it and give me feed back. I will leave a list of features in the description in case you guys are curious to see what the model lintels.

Tired of waiting for Tesla to release their Self-Driving cars for Grand Theft Auto 5? Then wait no more. Self-Drive is a Plugin that lets you give full control of your vehicle to AI, but in the other hand gives you the power to select your speed and set waypoints to give it a destination. A route feature is on the works, but no ETA.

Installation Guide:
Extract the Downloaded File to Any Directory Open the folder "SelfDrivev10" Open the folder "Grand Theft Auto V" Copy all the contents of this Folder to your GTA V root directory Enjoy :D  
Requires:
Rage Plugin Hook 0.39+  
How to Use It:
Press U to engage/disengage Self-Driving Mode Set waypoints to direct the AI into somewhere specific (Optional) Use Numpad1 and Numpad3 to Decrease and Increase your speed, respectively

PS: If you set a waypoint, the Plugin drives you there and stops, you can change it in the SelfDrive.ini file.

This is my skin for the 2015 Dodge Potato by MrPotato.
 
This takes on a fictional LADOT texture which acts for people who are looking to do some parking enforcement in their patrols. All work on this texture was done by me, with some creative help from a couple of friends. I hope you enjoy~

I decided to make a pack of skins for @thegreathah's Snohomish County Sheriff pack since they match a lot of what Washingtons' law enforcement cars look like. I started with the Burien police cars, since I live there, and moved on to covering the citys around including Seatac Police, Kent Police, and Tukwila Police. Also included are the King County Sheriff's cvpi and fpiu, as well as the classic and simple Washington state patrol skin for the fpiu. I am still planning on making more skins from departments in King County. I hope you enjoy and don't forget to leave feedback since I am newer to making skins. Thanks!

The point of this program is to enhance the Role-Play within Five Reborn, I've made MDC's and Other CAD's for GTAIV, I may be remaking the MDC and CAD for GTAIV. This is the first of its kind for GTAV. I hope you enjoy! 
 
Please note the screens may be a little off. There is a native updater to the program, so all updates will be done through it and not LCPDFR.

As per request, here is an LAPD style Prisoner Transport Skin for the 2016 Chevy Express. Like my other skin it's not based upon a real van, rather what I think it would look like. I've included three versions in this release. A 'Prisoner Transport' a 'Traffic Unit' and one without either text down the side.

This VICPOL livery is based off a real Highway Patrol livery, however due to the vehicle being vastly different in shape and type I had decided to make small customisation to how the livery looked.
Still holding mostly true to the real thing which I would say about 80% authentic as the style goes.
The vehicle in question this livery was loosely based upon:
 
 
As you can see there are some major similarities to the real livery and this VICPOL Highway Patrol skin, so in a sense I did keep it semi-authentic so it shouldn't look too out of place if you use it in your VICPOL squad.

Installation
Assuming that you already have the one of the above already installed.
NOTE:
    Some vehicles support multi liveries even if it only has one installed by default, 
    take note of what the default livery is called (usually something like 'carname_sign_1'), 
    rename the skin within to 'carname_sign_2' and use a trainer to choose your new livery.
 
Navigate to mods / x64 / dlcpacks / patchday3ng / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf with OpenIV Locate 'police2.ytd' and open it. Find 'xr8_sign_1' and replace it with the skin included. Click save, then launch GTA and enjoy.

After @thegreathah released his FPIU pack based on the WSP Target Zero cars I wanted to make the skin for it since I live in Washington. I made the skin for the 2015 FPIU only because that is the only one I've seen it on in real life. I hope other Washingtonians enjoy the skin and anyone wanting a stealth looking state patrol vehicle.  By the way, this is my first skin I have every made and I hope to make more Washington based skins when I have time.
