VCAD - A CAD System For GTAV RP 1.0.0.3

This looks like an amazing, well-put-together piece of software for clans and people who enjoy RPing on FiveReborn. Whilst I love the concept of this, I do not play online (I don't really know anybody with GTA for the PC ), however I am still going to download this partly because I want to see how it works. Great job!

One thing you could do is link it to in game so units can update about traffic and such aswell.  Another feature would be to have multiple tone outs for stations and a client side app would correctly dispatch the right person at the right station.  I have a lot of information about to tone outs and can even generate all the tones you could ever use.

I think the only problem he would have is integration with the FiveReborn server. If you are saying that players should update about traffic then I would recommend using Teamspeak with players.

I know where Im at Unit's use mobile terminals now the only time they mark up is responding and in quarters.  The rest like enroute  on scene  available is all done by computer here to alleviate radio traffic for more important information.  You would still have to use TeamSpeak but at the same time use the terminal for other things.

To my knowledge there is no CAD for GTAV.

okay so this is where i feel stupid, but im gonna ask anyways..what does san andreas have to do with GTA V? i have never actually played the San Andreas GTA or know anything about it..is Los Santos on San Andreas island or something either way, i passed this link one to someone i subscribe to on youtube. hopefully his group can use this :D thanks for all the work!

Los Santos GTAV is based in the state of San Andreas. May I ask who you passed the link to? =D Send it in pm =D

Looks great, I only have problems running it, whenever I run de .exe or try to change its file location, windows defender prefents me from doing so. I'm running windows 10.

Could someone help me with this?

Hmmm, I dont have issues with Windows Defender, Try adding it to Windows Defender Exclusion list?

I got the files out of the .zip and into the desktop folder, but when I try to add it to the exclusion list I get this message. My computer now also keeps telling me the file contains a trojan virus and that it needs to be deleted.

EDIT: Alright I fixed it, and to be honest it was a stupidly easy fix, but if someone has the same problem this is what I did:

            I turned 'active protection' off, after this you can add the file to the exclusion list.

            And that's it, after this windows defender will still warn me for a risk, but it will allow it to exist.

Anyway, thanks for the help sc2142, I will leave a review after I have used it more.

Thank you for reporting it, Its an issue with the APP not your internet, Ill be updating it as soon as i can. The update will be posted here.

Not to seem like I'm rushing you, but do you have any rough time frame as to when the update will be? Just curious

it would be cool if you could add a Citations tab like the reports tab:)

Program has been updated, To get the new version, Open the CAD Then go to File Then click on Check For Updates, And you will be prompted to update the CAD!
