    Best SP textures IMO

     

    Edit: I rescind based on the fact that not enough ELS packs are covered...who doesn't use ELS??

    Many people don't use, or can't use ELS for a variety of reasons. I'm not one of those people, but I do get a lot of complaints when I make liveries only for ELS vehicles. Many of non-ELS vehicles and ELS vehicles share the same templates though, so it shouldn't matter which vehicles you choose to put them on considering ELS/Non ELS but it may take some research to find which liveries fit which vehicles.
