That message will come up use the Run As Administrator.. so if it's running as Admin it'll bring up that message (Although for me it did it when i chose "restart with elevated privledges" just running it as Admin was fine. It shouldn't affect your crashing, as running things with admin shouldn't harm it. If you experience crashing then upload your RPH log and we can look at it to see what caused it. Something on your PC could just be making it run as admin (even though you have it unchecked). What you could try to do is reinstall RagePluginHook, that'll revert your settings back so it may revert the elevated privledges

Does this affect your game? like does RPH not load? If it doesn't affect anything then i wouldn't worry too much about it.

right click on the RagePluginHook.exe - click properties - compatibility - uncheck the "Run this program as administrator" if it's checked. then retry It maybe slightly different as i can't remember the exact thing for Windows 7 as i'm using Windows 10

Use Albo's modded DLC. that way you can put your cars, peds, weapons and whatever else into a seperate DLC.rpf so you don't have to mess about with these patchday folders.

I'm not entirely sure what your point is. Especially now that a new version of ScripthookV has been released and the fact that Take-Two are now "working" with modders to resolve the issue regarding OpenIV (i believe a new update for OpenIV has now been released) Regardless of what game you play, Modding will break when updates are released that's just how it works. GTA V isn't the first game to break modding, and it won't be the last.

Kind of pointless considering you don't need ScripthookV at all for any of the LSPDFR plugins (including LSPDFR) you just need RagePluginHook

considering you're using that for LCPDFR.. they won't provide support, Since they don't support modding

IF you haven't got this et, then i woouldn't get it and just build a desktop since you can build a better desktop for the same price. If you do have this, then it will run however it's a laptop so it won't exactly run well. but i'd seriously reccommend building a desktop. Desktop gaming is better than laptop. and you're at less risk of over-heating/damaging parts on a desktop than you are on a laptop

Have you changed the handlinglines for the noose stockade or pstockade? or have you added a moded vehicle into those slots?
