Yes that is correct. You do not get to see the other player(s) cars, unless they show you a picture.

You can try reinstalling with dsound and not xliveless. If that doesn't work then your going to have to try a clean install of the whole game. Does this error pop up all the time or just sometimes?

He should try reinstalling LCPDFR, it may get rid of that error. He also has a scripthook error. If not it'll have to be a reinstall of the game.

You do not have to download any scripts other than LCPDFR, no.

You have 2 choices here...is to choose to not install the taser and play without it... or you can do a fresh install of the game. Whichever one works for you should fix the problem.
