While we appreciate your enthusiasm and excitement for ELS, I am going to have to ask you to refrain from asking questions such as " release date" or "progression updates" repeatedly as you have done so lately. Any more of this I will have to forward it to the community moderators. This isn't to be rude but to ensure that no one else also spam the thread with questions that we don't have answers to. Thank you for your understanding.

Thanks to @Albo1125 for his guidance, I will be making Modern Siren Pack compatible with SirenMastery, unlike Realistic American Siren. This will allow users to have versatile options with siren tones.

2000x2000 and 4000x4000 size in any picture editing programs. Pretty simple. As for the rest, like many of us, teach yourself, get inspired, and keep making textures until you turn into pro, but it won't happen overnight.

What is taking so much time? It's almost like you are implying that Lt. Caine is getting paid to deliver ELS before a certain date. He can release it whenever he wants. All you can do is be patience because you're getting it for free. And he's not getting a single dime in return. He has a full time job, and a life to prioritize first, like many of us here. Not all of us sits at home all day. When Lt. Caine is ready to release ELS, he will announce the date here, but until then, just be patience with the development progress. In case you missed it, Prophet will be doing a showcase on ELS sometimes this week.

We do not have a release date set in stone, but everyday we are getting closer to the finished product. The train is moving forward, not backwards. I hope this helps.

Trust me, it will be worth the wait. I promise you this. ELS V will have features that isn't seen in ELS IV nor has it been revealed to the public yet. All Lt. Caine wants from you guys is to keep up with the lasting patience because it will pay off in the end. Now, the bad news is that I won't be posting any more updates about ELS. This is to ensure that you have the element of suprise when playing with ELS V for the first time. We've shown you guys the basic idea of how ELS is going to work, and we're saving the best features for final release. Thank you for your understanding. :) Happy Halloween everyone!

-- CODE 3 PSE. REMOTE LIGHTED SIREN -- CURRENT VERSION : V 1.0.0 10/30/2016 The Code 3 PSE. Remote Lighted Siren ( RLS ) for Grand Theft Auto : V. The siren model is versatile and is used across all applications ( Police, EMS and Fire ) around the world. San Francisco Fire Department, Toronto Police Service, Calgary Police Service, etc. use this siren. The tones are almost identical to the Code 3 Mastercom B Siren, but the pitch is different. About this modification : - A siren modification that replaces the default siren tones to Code 3 PSE. Remote Lighted Siren ( RLS ) tones. - Available tones : Wail, Yelp, Priority, Hi-Lo, Manual, HyperYelp and Air-horn. - High Quality, Loud and minimal reverb effect. To apply this siren to any other emergency vehicle slots, you will need to refer to an attached notepad file entitled " List ( READ THIS ! )." Inside the note will contain a list of siren hashtags that you can use to rename prexisting tones to a different slot. Important Note : I am deaf in real life. I require the use of hearing aids. When I edit the raw siren tones, the volume level is set so that it's loud enough for myself. If you find them quiet, it is because you have natural hearing and I don't, so you will need to amplify the volume using a editing program yourself. Thank you for your understanding. Installation : Before starting, always make sure to create backups before overwriting any original game files. To prevent this from happening, use the "mod" folder method through OpenIV. - Somewhere on your desktop, create a new folder ( or refer to your modded siren folder that contains the vehicle.oac.) Name it anything. - Open 'OpenIV' - In 'OpenIV', go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf ( Make sure you are using the "mod" folder method.) - Inside Resident.rpf should be 16 .awc files. - Click Edit - Right click on vehicles.awc and export to openformats somewhere on your desktop. ( If you already have a siren mod installed, just use the vehicle folder it came with.) - Drag all the Code 3 RLS siren tones inside the vehicles folder that you just created. - Go back to OpenIV, go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf - CLICK EDIT - NEW - Import OpenFormats - Navigate to the folder you put the 'vehicles' folder and the 'vehicles.oac' into, and select the modded 'Vehicles.oac'. Proceed to click OK. - Enjoy your new Code 3 PSE. RLS Siren tones ! IMPORTANT NOTE : This siren pack is not compatible with SirenMastery. ELS V and Carcol is vanilla to chocolate, really. They're both sweet. They're both delicious. They're both the same. But they're not. One's chocolate, and one's vanilla. Is that all there is to it? One tastes better. No it doesn't. Yes it does. How do you decide which one everyone likes more? How *can* you decide? Yes, you can re-create some of the patterns you see with carcol, but that's it. With 32 bit binary, you can't go so far with it. You run into a wall. ELS V breaks down that wall, and you can run further and smell the roses along the way.

The vector lines on the door reminds me of this : This is the Canadian National Railway Police and the blue track lines represents, well, railroad tracks. For the theme you made, it could be changed and be done for a railroad police entity. -
Copy and paste this in your visualsettings.dat if you know how to. Just find the #emissive bits in your redux visualsettings, and paste the below to overwrite the settings.

A little update : The pack is coming together. The dots are connecting, the siren tones sound good. I have an alpha pack established, and sent it out to several figures in the community for their feedback. So far, incoming reports indicates positive results but there is still room for improvement. If you are interested in trying out the Modern Siren Pack alpha, please send me a PM. Bring me coffee & donuts. On a more exciting announcement to make : I will be using my own personal recording device to capture actual siren tones in real life. There are some decent deals on eBay where I can buy used siren models, go out to the Rockies, and toy around with the siren tones while recording it all. I want to position the recorder at different distances and point of origin. I will capture audio at the center, at 140 degrees and 40 degrees from the siren speaker position. It will allow me to capture the siren's Doppler/reverb effect. I want my sirens to have variety, like a 'bystander' reverb effect or from behind the siren speaker ( driver's perspective ) reverb-Doppler effect. No more flat sounding tones, this time they should have that 'dimensional' sound in mono 32 bit format. Or at least, I hope. I'm not ready, nor financially prepared to do this right now, but in the upcoming months ( or sooner) it will all come together to reality. But once after a long wait, the tones will be cut, cleaned up and used for Modern Siren. No more degraded YouTube quality siren tones. But for now, we'll have to deal with YouTube siren tones ( I go for the best and cleanest videos ) until the day comes. I don't know how many of you guys will be interested in this, but if you are, please show some support and follow this thread for future updates =)
