Do you have the most recent Scripthook installed? Or the latest GTA IV Patch(1.0.7.0). - I think that in your config file that the key to open the console is mapped to a different key instead of ` or ~

In the ELS.ini file, Copy one of the vehicle names thingy. Here's an example: [ AMBULANCE ] <----Once pasted, you'll have two of the same things. Change one of the names to the vehicle YOU want enabled(such as the towtruck.) I think it's called steeder, anyways. It'll look like this: [ Steeder ] with all the colour options & etc. below it. Active = 1 Halogen_Only = 0 Color_Light1L = 0 Color_Light2L = 0 (^^You get the point by now, LOL.) As for the AI driving it, I don't think they'll turn the lights on, but you can.

If youre using LCPDFR 0.95, it can be buggy where you have to force duty and pick your model with SNT.(Thats my case, which is why Im still on 0.91 :P

Sometimes when I install multiple things into Spark(Like 10 things at once.)only 3 will actually install so I have to go back in and re-import them. I suggest re-importing them again.

At first I though it was the Twin Towers..then I opened the full sized image & was like, "Oh....I feel dumb now." These look a lot better than the default ones in game. Great job!

You can't. You'd have to use a graphics mod such as ENB or IceEnhancer....

In the ELS.ini file, it says which numbers will show which colour. 0-4 (I think.)

Ermm, I'm pretty sure in LCPDFR 0.95 RC2 you can call for a firetruck...I don't know how fast it'll get there though.

In no way is LCPDFR close to real life law enforcement, LOL. I'm not a police officer, but everyone knows that. Yes, the mod tries to simulate a law enforcement job, but it in real life it's not like that. Do you think that police officers fly through traffic doing 120 mph+ to chase someone in the middle of the street? No, only on the freeways, which is what the California Highway Patrol is known for, high speed chases that usually are deadly. Also, your backup doesn't come flying directly at you trying to hit you. O.o Remember, it's a game, not real life.

Basically, there is no 'official' LCPDFR GTA IV Role play sever. There are small 'clans' that do host role-playing games though, except they have requirements.
