  1. You're going to have to do an install to fix it...
  2. You can force a pursuit by pulling them over, then cancelling it then repeating this until the person flees. For me they usually flee on the third try. I like not getting into pursuits as much because it causes a clusterfuck of els cars responding forcing me to crash, LOL.
  3. ^^ Please don't thread hijack. - In reply to Zebra, one of your vehicles installed may be causing the crash. There are almost infinite possibilities when playing with any mod. I once had downloaded a firetruck and installed it and everything was fine until the truck spawned, I fixed it by installing a different one.
  4. Do you have a lot of car mods installed? That's usually the cause of it...Basically, using any mod will cause a game crash eventually, whether it's in the first 5 minutes or 45 minutes, it's bound to happen.
  5. In the Dev console, you can access it by pressing ` or ~ (Same thing.) and type "spawn police3" without quotes
  6. It shouldn't have been 'read-only' if it was a proper install...are you using a legal copy?
  7. Are using LCPDFR 0.95? That's the only version of LCPDFR that makes the cars actually pull to the side of the road. On 0.91 they just stop in the middle of the road and make you a HUGE target for speeding traffic on the freeway...I can't use .95 but trust me, getting hit while on a traffic stop in the middle of the freeway can be pretty epic at times.
  8. It depends on the crime you commit. If you run through LC blowing up cop cars from the start, then the FIB respond. If you walk through the streets shooting with an M4, the Noose responds. The noose will usually respond to most crimes unless you are committing a 'terrorist' act....if you understand what I mean.
  9. I've seen one like this, except it was an FBI Mobile Command Center. I think some people are too lazy to convert it...
  10. You can't really change it. But, you can spawn a Noose guy as a bodyguard with SNT then change it so the weapon they use is the MP5....that's the only way I can think of :P
  11. There aren't many codes on there :( You'd think that 10-13/10-33(In some states it's 10-33, in mine it's 10-13.) would be on there since it's an officer down...but oh well.
  12. With the medium city part, please make it so that for like every 5 buildings in game there are 2 that are fully enterable. Also, make a variety of emergency services such as local police, sheriff, SWAT & the FBI(Or federal police for people not in the US.) Make it so that there are a couple of areas that are high with crime that if you drive through them you might get shot at & etc. because it does happen in real life in Los Angeles and other cities. Then have one part with a low crime area. Then again, you're only making a medium map, but I think some of the features I mentioned should be implemented. Say, make a map that's the size of Los Santos and 1/4 of Las Venturas from San Andreas? That'd be a decent sized map to police sim on.
  13. The group looks fun...but I don't think I'll be joining. Sorry, bro.
  14. I would like it...but on mobile? No! Please make it for PC.
  15. You could have bought an Air Conditioner.....I don't think the buzz will go away. You'll get used to it in time :P
  16. Keep in mind that Yard's links are textures ONLY, so it doesn't include the vehicles themselves.
  17. Amazing. It's good to have at least one patrol car in my game with this lightbar :)
  18. Try using ELS without the trainer installed, disabling the keys should have fixed it. If it doesn't fix it, resort to ELS v5 like Crawford said.
  19. When you installed LCPDFR, did you accidentally tick the box that said, "Disable Callouts?" Try re-installing it again and make that box isn't ticked. Or you can just force call-outs like Abraxas said.
  20. Alright. Thanks.
  21. I type it in the dev console right? LOL. Also, does it spawn at a random location or what?
  22. Or "J" since Alt-T will cause the lights to turn on the minute you turn the siren on, which isn't realistic in some people's eyes O.o
  23. I think ELS v6 is in a WinRar file. You'd have to download WinRar first, then download ELS v6. Here's a link to WinRar: http://winrar.soft32.com/free-download?gclid=CKfqle6_sLECFSMCQAodOE0A8w
  24. How'd you spawn the fire? I know it's with a trainer, but where in the trainer is it to spawn it?
