  1. Ok!....Wow I must seem really stupid right now sorry for bothering lol.... I did some google research on it and still didn't really understand whether it mattered when people looked at it digitally but thank you for clarifying. So 4096x4096 is it? Seems too easy. No color settings or preferred settings you would reccomend?
  2. Ok, so I'm recently getting into publishing my own skins. (using photoshop)I have been making them privately for communities, friends, small groups, and a lot for myself the past couple years. i have never really messed with ppi (pixels per inch), only resized to 4096x4096, because that is 4k format (right?). So my question is... #1: What PPI (pixel per inch) number should i use to get the most out of the skins? Any idea on a reasonable number (besides 70 which kinda seems crappy)... is there a "good quality" number to use??? that anyone using 4k skins can handle? #2: are there any other settings I should tweak to make my skins more compatable or better looking/quality for everyone's experience with my textures? What I'm really asking, is in photoshop what settings should i tweak specifically to get the most and best quality out of my work for everyone to enjoy? :D Thanks in advance for all your support. Wonderful folks over here!
  3. I don't understand why this pack is so over complicated... I have been literally trying to get it installed (both routes of installation) for 2 and a half hours, using all of the crash solutions listed in the moments section here most not solved. Still crashed before even getting into the game when populating world. Nothing else installed. I have wiped mods folder cleaned more than 3 times throughout this process............................................... You know what... It's ok. I think I'll just leave this pack alone until somone figures out how to give us a simpler way to install it that doesn't just work on one computer here...
  4. It's almost been over a month. I don't see the reason in releasing all these great previews with awesome potential then just going silent with no dev updates or anything for almost a month now...
  5. make with led, would look amazing on this model setup, also, the ANPR cameras are not that big in relation to the vehicle. Need scaling down. https://gyazo.com/a96c0a9d4829098411d5b357e9f25688
  6. who said these were LAPD vehicles? I would like to know how you changed the coronas to blue??? Are you using different dummies when modeling it? Or is this a config/texture image thing?
The lightbar is floating when the doors are opened. It is suppose to be mounted to the roof or a static part of the car, the doors unfortunately are dynamic so I do'nt really understand the logic. I can appreciate the effort I see put into it, but would of liked to see a liberty or atleast a slimmer default lightbar, the large older looking one doesn't really fit the newer vehicle's design. 3/5 Great start for this community EDIT: I also later figured out the doors have no collisions, they also don't have dummies for the sounds to work properly in-game. I do see everybody giving it automatic 5 stars just for being the first charger police car released in GTA 5, which is cool and all but I think it's a little tasteless for the users to be rating like that without critiquing it, so I say this again. I appreciate the effort and I can see that there was alot of effort put into this car, but it's got quite a few bugs :D. (Updated 2/5)

  8. OMG this gives me chills *watches for a fourth time*
  9. I believe that it's a matter of realism though. Because wouldn't you want to be able to sit in a vehicle with just the lights on? without els cars are always stopped and wont move with lights and sirens on. also it makes for more realistic responses including the time when you arrive on scene. It's a little annoying and excessive to have the siren on blaring in people's faces.
  10. Proving my point on how member's cannot take criticism. Thanks
  11. Let's see how you know so much..Show us the progress then. Or don't comment such a comment without anything to back yourself.
  12. It's on brother. :D Will be uploading by tomorrow. lol im gonna do it This was meant for developers. not "know it all members"..So since you know so much about how hard they are working on it. Tell me what's the very last thing they did on the project? Go ahead Explain how you know all this. I am contributing as criticism just like everybody else. Ohhh but when it's negative, don't take it into account just attack the member doing it. Show your maturity in a positive manner not a negative manner. <----Quote by the one and only "Spaghetti"..And don't ban me for contributing Please do not triple post - Staff
  13. Honestly, I don't see any progress or dev releases showing what's been worked on or developed so far...The lspdfr dev page just says general statements relating to animals... I'd like to see a dev page that shows what events and exceptions have been discovered that are usual in GTA V. Also what they are using to load the mod into the game's files. Maybe a list of any cracked model figures or model movements. And don't get me started on the video. I could make that exact video with no mods. It didn't show any progress they've made, a little misleading to me. I realize it's a "trailer" and all. But they could of at least faked some cool upcoming procedures that were going to be in the mod. I'm a little disappointed on the "breaking silence" approach with the way they did it. But hopefully this will be an ongoing project that will be updated for an easier understanding of what is ACTUALLY being developed.
  14. Ions aren't attached to the boot...Extras are not attached...
  15. In-case your still interested. I did find an unlocked suburban with alloys. You could take the alloys off of this as they are the same as the tahoe alloys of this year. Hope I helped, maybe too late lol. Here is the model link (unlocked) http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2039 (<----not an advertisement I am fulfilling a request)
  16. Here's a start: Some updates on your request:
  17. Oh now i see. Didn't see the comment.
  18. I could do it for you. You got a microphone you could hop on my TS (in my signature) and we could get this done within an hour
  19. That's nothing like in the picture.....The lightbar is different. There's ALPRs. The entire lighting setup is wrong. The skin is good but I think he was goin for the vehicle?
  20. YES!!! That's where I got the idea from lol. Forgot to respectively credit the respective crew over at respective star car and their respective FPIU with the respected roof mount in the respective location on the respective vehicle. What's cookin dave.
