  1. After trying it out, it really seems the Z key is making it bug for me as it moves my car (due to AZERTY keyboard and not QWERTY). When I press the Z key after I pulled someone over, either it tells me to park behind the car (even though I'm so parked behind that my front bumper touches the rear bumper of the pulled over car), or nothing happens, or the driver turns on his engine again but stays there.
  2. Agreed. Problem has been solved through PM. On the other end, it looks like everything has been said on this supposed self-defense tool.
  3. Then again, read what I said, nowhere I said firearms should be illegal. So stop acting like a douche or an offended girl at a prom. Before trying to comment what I said, you should turn on your brain first, open your eyes and process my words carefully. I won't answer to you anymore in the future since you do not seem to be a serious interlocutor.
  4. ^That, and in addition I noticed it also reduces the .img size.
  5. First, I don't see why I couldn't compare the US people to the European people. Different cultures surely, but they are all human beings, I fail to see how it doesn't make sense. Second, if you ever saw me saying how you should run your country, please quote me. If you can't quote me, then one, don't put words in my mouth and two, don't assume things you ignore about me. And third, I'm -pretty- sure that the only thing that keeps anyone from attempting to invade the US is the fact they have the largest army in the world, in addition to a consequent nuclear firepower, nothing to do with citizens (and even myself know that this is not why the 2nd amendement was made). tl;dr - read what I said again before starting to burst out at me, thanks.
  6. That's what I was saying. It's not a matter of law or restriction, it's a matter of state of mind. Here in Europe, people don't feel the need to have a gun, because they don't feel like there would be any use for it. In the US, people feel like they need a gun (for whatever reason, I can't really say since I'm not a US citizen myself), and if they want one they'll get one. Hence there's less shooting in Europe than in the US.
  7. The two textures to change are the ones in the middle on top, the two red ones. And if you think they are too "white" (as in, they seem to flash white in game), use the textures of another car, like BxBugs' cars. The lights are more coloured. http://gyazo.com/7f58b700808fb9b9a597edc393d09b13 You also have to scale them properly. The blank left around the textures you replaced shouldn't be there.
  8. Did you try to change the colors of the emissive lights with something more colored? Like using the blue and red from BxBugs LCPD cars.
  9. Thanks, I try to remain civil and courteous when it comes to debates, matter of respect. After all, you can disagree with someone but still show respect for their opinion (at least until certain extreme degrees). When it comes to completely french media outlets, I'd say "Le Monde" which is a very famous newspaper, but I don't think they have an english version of such. That's actually something I despise about France, everything is in french, nothing is ever written in english besides in railstations and airports.
  10. To be honest, burglars here don't come to kill you. I don't know for the US, but burglars in Europe manage to rob your house when you're not here. They spot people leaving, study the place. I can't recall a burglar robbing a house that would have killed someone here in France. So this argument is invalid here. As I stated, different states of mind. Also, Europe may be an entire continent, but is led by similar common laws, just like states in the US are led by a central power but can pass their own bills. Comparing the two is completely fair to me. As for French police having trouble enforcing laws, I don't know where you've seen that, but I can tell you it's wrong. If anything, we just don't have enough cops. And I know what I'm talking about, my father is a cop in the motorbike section near Marseille, one of the most criminalized cities in the country. Nothing to do with firepower. Give a gun to one man, if he has to face 10 others he'll still be in trouble, gun or not. As I stated, it's just a different state of mind. States of mind are not bound to countries, we just don't think alike when it comes to certain situations. Nothing wrong with that, no need to get offended.
  11. I'll just address this argument, which is, in my opinion, completely false, and I'll prove it by a simple fact: in Europe, all guns are banned. Your only way to get a gun is to get a permit (which is hard to get, with many restrictions, and still the explicit prohibition to carry a gun out of private property), and the gun is registered to the city hall, the area administration you live in and national administration. Storage of weapons is also very restricted, as they have to be in locked, armored racks to avoid kids or other people to steal and use them. tl;dr: Almost no one owns a gun in Europe, and guess what, crime rate is way below the US. This is not a matter of law or restriction, it's a matter of state of mind. European and US citizens think differently. Here in Europe, if someone threatens you with a gun, you don't put your life in danger, you don't play the hero, you do what the guy says and you let him be on his merry way. Better be alive and stolen, than have your goods and being dead.
  12. Found that script awesome when I saw it on Favignano's channel, glad it came out. My only concern is the lack of .ini file to configure the keys. Will it be made in the future? I'm asking this mostly because here, in France, we use AZERTY keyboards, and the Z key corresponds to the W key on QWERTY keyboards, which means my car goes forward when I hit the key for the script. Not a big deal, but a .ini configuration file could definitely help.
  13. Looks awesome, love it
  14. Even if this was for officers, it's still a stupid idea. It'll just make people think the officer is about to shoot them and might try desperate moves like shooting first or anything like that. See you at your funeral once cops will have killed you by mistaking your "self-defense non-lethal" weapon with a real gun, in addition to your militia and your fake badge.
  15. Please don't post links of here, they are just a bunch of stealers reuploading other people's mods without their permission. To edit the replaced vehicle plates, it'll depend on the model. Either they have a dedicated texture for the plates, or the plates are on the skin of the car itself. In both case you'll have to use something like gimp/photoshop/paint.net to edit the texture.
  16. What do you mean by "Patched vehicles"? If you mean vehicles you replaced, then maybe those vehicles have their own license plate texture and thus you'll have to change them as well.
  17. By building your sentences poorly, you make people reacting that way. -Nowhere- in your initial post it is mentioned that you have trouble recognizing the way it was coded. You ask for help but you don't provide any info on what you need, don't complain if people bark at you for that (especially if people take into account your past topics and posts and the way you act on this very website).
  18. Or maybe... It's going to be... San Andreas Police DepartmentS! Oh my god, the conspiracy has been discovered, I need to exile myself to preserve my physical integrity.
  19. San Andreas is a state, so it'll certainly not be called SAPDFR.
  20. It's a WIP script by FinKone. It allows to have real pictures of ID, insurance, registration for a traffic stop. Here it is in action (skip to 2:50): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cW22nbuQNcs
  21. ^That. If you ask someone for modifying their files, at least know what you're doing to at least not ruin their work and give them a bad reputation.
  22. For a lot of options I see: "normal to very high" There's no low option for people having trouble?
  23. Looking forward to see some awesome short films on Youtube from inspired people.
  24. Agreed. And for people who would defend this cop, I'll just leave that here:
