*insert cops TV theme here* Did you wash your hands before modelling them bare-handed?
Dat lighting... Great job. I love the pushbar on it...
  1. what some of them do is femove fog. By default, on all weather settings, there is a fog in the distance, which makes the screen less cluttered. The ENB removes it. Unfortunately you will have to ask the author of the mod.
  2. I know it is terrible, I am tired and can't think of anything good. I know it sucks...
  3. what are your PC specs? Sorry for the unhelpful answer, I have no knowledge on ENBs.
  4. i love that classic CVPI with the Cops theme next to it :)
  5. Hi, I cannot seem to find the edit signature option on the Edit Profile page or anywhere else. Anyone know how to edit the signature? Mine is painfully cringey.
  6. cheers if you can squeeze in an extra $100, this would be killer: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/f7z6wP I do not know about the value of the dollar incredibly well, but I think it is a little less than the pound. Explanation: The SSD is incredibly fast, and will boot up in seconds. Samsung is very quality im SSDs. The PSU is SeaSonic, and is very quality. The PSU is the most important, I cannot stress enough how important it is, cheap out on it and it could fry your whole pc D: 620W is more than enough for any upgrades. I chose a slightly cheaper (and a little better colour-schemed) Intel H87 motherboard, since the CPU cannot be overclocked therefore you do not need Z97 (for overclockers). It also has good functionality. RAM is RAM, nothing new there. The CPU is actually quite strong; if you pair it with a good GPU you can get 60FPS on ultra/very high in GTA 5. If you want to get a new GPU, i recommend the MSI GTX 970, or for a littler lower budget the MSI GTX 960 4GB. Or you could go with another company, but avoid Asus. Don't be put off by the price tag of the bild I made, it is very much worth it for the price. Happy gaming :)
  7. TELL MEH! Tell me how to save part lists, I don't know any way. the last pc on the list is ultra dank ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° )
  8. Nope, sorry. Because of the dual core CPU, you would get massive texture loss and lag spikes. The GPU is also very weak. For GTA V, I recommend (at least a 6 core CPU for AMD (AMD FX 6300) or at least a 4 core Intel CPU, which is powerful enough (i5 4460) a Just answer one question (So I can arrange something for you) do you have the time/money to build a PC? (There are great youtuber clips that cover everythingm even minor upgrades) or do you want a prebuilt? Overall, you will need to save a lot more money. What Kirygaya and CouthInk4 said is correct.
  9. Another British modder! Yay :D Very quality stuff man. I can see the effort in all of it.
I was watching an LSPDFR video, and he was complaining about foot pursuits. Then in the morning, I come to LCPDFR.com and find this! Albo at it again. Seriously dude, you are turning into Abraxas (author of the vDH.PoliceHelper for GTA 4) Really essential part of community. Great job Albo.
  10. :D Windows 10.
  11. I am planning to build a PC in the next few days. The list is in the spoiler below: Notes: My question is: I am still not done with GTA IV yet, for a start I have never used an ENB, plus I really want to play more LCPDFR. But I heard that GTA IV has terrible optimization for AMD graphics cards, any tips? (I know it has bad optimization anyway) All I really want is 40-60fps, since I am used to 18fps looking smooth (struggles xD) Please comment below on what you think of the build. I cannot upgrade until I really need to, because I am low on budget (not really, but I was told to build something powerful to last long)
  12. That's because of your savegame. Download the 100% savegame mod and install it (should be instructions in readme) and you need to replace the police cars with battalion cars etc, since there are only 2 fire vehicles in the game, Ambulance and Firetruck.
It's here dude! This is it, we had mods like these in IV with custom blue lights. No bugs!
  13. That wording though! XD
  14. Hi there, I saw that some of you lads over here at LCPDFR.com are into PC building stuff, and you might have an account at LinusTechTips.com. I know this is pretty unrelated, however as a step of caution I advise people with account there to change their passwords as soon as possible. (Original Link: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/456224-linus-tech-tips-security-breach/page-1) I understand that passwords are encrypted but a lot of them were cracked that day. Sorry to paste so,ething from another site, but you know, better safe than sorry. Don't take it as a killer, all you need is a simple password change to be on the safe side. But if you didn't log in then, it isn't really mandatory.
  15. Seems great - Just needed to point out in the credits, the correct spelling is 'Double Doppler'
  16. I think that's the game mechanics. Maybe the animation which causes the suspect to touch you causes the cops (standby 'bodyguards' to the game) to effectively protect you by returning harm. EDIT: What the fuck am I talking about. I need some sleep.
