To be honest, I just think it is 'eagerness', people becoming inpatient. I don't care who is on the testing team IMO, I just want it to be well made to a good standard.

EVL has been taken down for some reason and I have no idea about ELS. Although there are a couple of video's by policewag ( https://www.youtube.com/user/PoliceWag?&ab_channel=PoliceWag ) with this video being my favourite: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CasU-pW-TX8&ab_channel=PoliceWagIt worked on last patch, latest patch must've broken it. It was a very buggy mod but fun when it worked.
A good thing to add to this is the ability to end a pursuit if it get's too dangerous and the key is changeable in the ini, that'd be awesome. Keep up the good work!- 108 comments

As long as he takes his time it doesn't really matter, he is the best modder for GTA and that is fact... NOT opinion!

You put the topic in IV section, I think he meant for GTA V...Have you tried sending the crash report to rage? Do any other plugins work? We need info...Is this still in development?
It is in front of the front seat passenger, above the dash.
