Game Randomly Minimizes

So I've recently gotten back into LSPDFR after about a year of not playing. I've made a new game off of the latest version of GTA V and all of the latest versions of the plugins (yes I did this on a clean GTA V Copy). However, randomly, once at least every 5 minutes or so, my game will randomly minimize. It doesn't crash, it doesn't close my game, it just minimizes and I have to click the game in my Taskbar to open it back up. It's not causing any issues, it's just very annoying. 

 

Does anyone else have this problem or have any solutions? I can't figure out what it's caused by. Sometimes it happens when I'm not even touching my mouse/keyboard/controller. Any thoughts/ideas would be appreciated.

You can try to change the video settings to windowed mode/fullscreen mode, like switch between those.

I tried Windowed mode and it still did the same, I'll try boarderless Windowed.
