I'm from Minnesota and I make vehicle textures because it's too cold to go outside. In all seriousness, I am something of a graphic designer (though anyone with a computer, MS Word and clip art can make that claim). I do things like logos, websites, vehicle wraps and occasionally post a livery or two here on LSPDFR. 

Why use my textures? Well, I put a lot of work into making them as accurate as humanly possible, right down to digitally drawing fonts and emblems if I have to. I generally won't post a texture if it's not something I can recreate to accuracy. I take a lot of pride taking something from the real world and reproducing it in game. Also - if you find something wrong and let me know, I'll fix it.

Want a custom texture? I'll probably oblige. Please note that my turnaround can be a few days and I'm probably more obliged to do Minnesota vehicle textures, but that doesn't mean I'm not willing to recreate another state/agency, especially if the texture is cool and something a lot of people would want to see in game.
