Emissive Lights Settings?
I was trying to figure out how to make the Police Lights/Headlights brighter but still realistic in CryENB v1 and v2 and ELS V8...if anyone can guide me on where or walk me through how to do it and have any recommended settings it would be much appreciated,

Textures Popping

Textures Popping
Windows 7 32 bit EDIT : The texture popping isn't bad as most peoples I have seen since it corrects itself very quickly but I still feel like I shouldn't have it all and I have seen people who have virtually erased it and can run a good amount of mods too so maybe I need to make the upgrade to 64 bit quickly.

I'm going to try it now and see if that is the case. EDIT : Doing it on my Vanilla Copy too as well.

Thoughts on these PC's for LCPDFR...?
Its actually 450W but either way 600 W for safety and also 650 TI uses PCI Express 3.0 and I have no clue if AMD Motheboards use PCI but if they don't you might have to look into a ASUS Motherboard and as far as settings probably mostly on High commandline's help with that too so I would assume mostly all High's but if you're using ENB's and HD Textures and stuff you might still be on all High's but im not completely sure Actually even if the Motherboard has a PCI Express 2.0 and the card has a 3.0 the card can still be connected to it....I forgot to mention that and it will still perform the same

Says 450 W but im sure it won't even use that much but if you want to be safe and you might end upgrading your GPU... a 600 W would be safe.

Even thought a PS will probably never use 600 W is nice to know you have that at your disposal so IMO I would go with a 600 W PS just in case you want a better video card like a 760 or 770 and up and also you should be fine with 8 GB of RAM anything more than that would probably be overkill and the 1 TB Hard Drive if you plan on doing more than just gaming and playing other games beside LCPDFR then that would be a good choice imo I will end up getting some SSD's shortly because my 1 TB is coming kind of close to filling up...I think my only gripe is with your video card im not sure what your budget is for a Video card but for a little over a 100 bucks you could get a 650 TI and be set.

Textures Popping
So I got my video card installed and finally got around to putting mods into my game...recently I put CryEnb v2 and some HD Textures (Streets,Street Lights and Trees) and I had Non-ELS cars installed but I put back in the Vanilla vehimage file because I thought that was the problem as well...I also tried multiple commandline's and turning my Vehicle Density all the way down and it still didn't fix the issue of Popping Textures...tried removing Scripts I thought were just taking up space like First Person, Door Ajar Chime and Seat Belt Chime and its still happening to me...maybe someone else has a better solution or maybe I just need to do a fresh install but I'm stumped. Will this Computer work for LCPDFR?
I'm pretty sure you could build a better computer for that amount of money

What ENB is this? [HARD]
He said it was a cry enb mixed with others I know its Cry ENB Mainly because of the shaders but as far as road textures possibly DKT70's but I could be wrong but his ENB is so good imo
