to change ped uniforms use the compnentpeds.img file when you open spark IV and scroll down to the CD images area.

I just replaced one of my police stockades with a ladder truck. it works pretty well when I edit the handling lines.

The only problem I've had with not using xliveless is not being able to load my 100% save game. but that's okay :D and yes this can be closed and listed as resolved.

Yeah, and it actually decided to fix itself. I just played a 30 minute round of MP and it ran flawlessly. So thanks for all your help :)

I have a GEForce 540M with 1GB dedicated RAM.

Yeah, I use that but when I delete xliveless and run the game it loads up fine. As soon as I try to walk around though I get an error that says windows is out of video memory or something along those lines. When I put xliveless back in it runs the game fine but once again disables GFWL.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a ASI loader that works well with GFWL. Right now I use liveless and it doesn't work. It disables it. Does anyone know of any?

There is a Barret on GTA4-mods. I use it in game and it's awesome!

You know what, you're right! It has a different flash pattern on the lightbar as well. I just noticed that.

That is BxBugs123' NY State Highway Patrol cruiser if I'm not mistaken. He just edited the light bar colors.

The only time I know of when you can control the rules of engagement are when you are in a pursuit. In pursuit you can change it by pressing F9. Other than that I don't think you can change it.

I found that one and it's close but it's actually CVPI 3.0 by BxBugs123, I found it while GPM is up for the very short time being.

I know this is made by Bugz but I'm not sure what model it is. I think I have it somewhere on my hard-drive but idk where or what to look for.

Well if you are talking about when you aren't using it, then you can change it in the texture part of the vehicle.

If it's for vehicle mods, just copy the unaltered original R* files into a folder, or export then using SparkIV. For all the other files, just copy and paste them into a folder of your choice.

Turn down your settings.
