I would like to see a feature where you can approach either side of the vehicle. It has become common practice in my state for officers, especially on the highway, to approach the side of the vehicle that the median is on. for example if the vehicle pulls over on the right side of the road, the officer will approach the right side of the vehicle. Just a suggestion.

As said above, try taking out some of the models in your game and try using some lower quality models instead. I'd recommend playing a plain copy of GTA IV first to see if it's just your computer's inability to play the game.

If both parties have the mod I'm assuming it would. That's how most mods work...if you have the same mods it will work better.

You can use the ELS-H setting on ELS cars. It works just as well.
