Most likely something to do with the vehiclevariation meta.Try replacing it with a orignal

it doesn't have much to do with space if you are talking about graphics,if so you should probably change out your graphic card

To update ypur game cache you have to update your game cahce in the steam version.(which i hope you have the steam version)

No not yet.I don't think that kind of coding exist were they still act like officers

I believe there is already a mod that you can do this with.Traffic Policer by Albo I am pretty sure let you spawn things like that.Go look it up

I dont know really what the problem is I am just guessing that you can't run lspdfr.It could be a number of issues,so could you be any more specific

If you have the mods folder with openIV you need to add it to that too.Default I think in the mods folder is x64e.Mods folder will spawn whatever you put in it.If you just delete it like I did then you shouldn't have problem

All of the carvariations file should have the POLICE in there.But if you wanna know one place,Update/update.rpf/common/data

The game can only handle so much new data that it has reload all past data which can cause problems

it is possible and very difficult but you will need a file called zmoddler which you can edit cars

Go to wherever you can find those meta files,and copy over the information to fit your car.Example:if this car needs police2 metas(assuming thats what you need)and paste that information into those metas and renaming the information to fit the cars model name
