Wow, surprised. If no one else has a solution for this by tomorrow morning I'll copy some of my files for you just to drag and drop. I just don't have access to my pc at the moment. We'll figure this out!

You may have messed with the file but here is a normal version of it to always revert back to. If this doesn't work try this Transport World Districts.xml

Do you have the latest version of Scripthook?

Have you tampered with any of the files? You could be missing something from your actual game.

Christ, hell of a bug. When you were uninstalling the mod you may have deleted a essential file for GTA V. I don't quite know what you would've deleted, but whatever it was made your system go . I would suggest a complete re installation of GTA and use the mods folder next time so this doesn't happen again. You could create a folder on your desktop and drag and drop some of the non messed up mods and dump them in there so you don't have to go back and re install everything.

could be that your computer can't handle all thats happening, what's your specs?

I've been off working 10-12 hour work days, so I haven't had the time to be on here. I have floated on and off when I would take a day off, but those are few and far between. I need to catch up again so if anyone is willing to school me on this new ELS I've seen around I am so down. But yeah I'm back.

Albo released new updates for all of his mods today so yes,mods that use code from the new updates need to be updated.How can you tell?Most if not all creators update their mods with the newest patch so just check from time to time to see whats been updated.
