I added some skins onto my cruisers for GTAIV, finally got it working with Simple Native Trainer, BUT i pressed J to turn on my ELS lights, ZLIB20 Error, Invalid Resource. May have found a fix. I found another thread on a similar issue on this site, and it said to change the default livery in the trainer.ini to 9, some said to 0, I will try it on 9 and if it doesnt work, on 0

Alright, I'm saying because I spawned in my CVPI using SNT and it gave me the Algonquin Livery, so I went to start LCPDFR, game crashed in the police station (don't know why, just got ZLIB20 error), so I will try it again

Well, yeah as I have 4 liveries per car, Would that not randomize the liveries, 4 times, or would taking it away, allow liveries to change and Area Livery Mod to work?

So would I remove it, or would I need to add another 3? What would I do

Yeah, I realized that the skins I downloaded were for CJ24's LCPD Law Enforcement Pack, so I got it and put in the liveries, BUT I can't change them, so on my CVPI I am stuck with my Algonquin livery, and the SWAT Truck with Bohan, Charger with Broker-Dukes. It says that there is 1 livery in the trainer, but I have put 4 on my CVPI, Charger and Tahoe, and 1 on my SWAT Truck. It was actually worse than that, I had just exited the .wtd instead of save textures so that was it, it is now showing the textures

Thank you, so basically, a template is used to show where certain textures would go on the car ingame, Thanks so much. Yeah, the charger was wrong because it was the livery for a 2011 and i was using a 2008 model OK, thanks

So i get the idea of them but if I tried adding skins to cars using sparkiv, and on the multi livery cars, it didnt work, and on 1 car, it was all off. So would a template correct it? Aww damnit, I realized I didnt save the textures on the cars God I feel like a massive idiot

I probably sound like an idiot but what does a template actually do? I ask because I put some liveries on my cop cars but they didn't work. I'm going to geuss that a template applies liveries to a certain car? I honestly have no idea, and I'd like to know, just while I download a template pack for all my cop cars

I installed liveries on my CVPI, Taurus, Charger and Tahoe. I used SparkIV and replaced the police_sign_1,2,3 and 4. I then put +livery at the end of each vehicle in the vehicle.ide. I booted GTAIV and the liveries are not showing, they are showing the original liveries, which were replaced. Also when I go to change the livery using SNT, it says the car has no liveries. Only the charger (which could only have 1 livery) got any of the new liveries. Would I need to add a template to the cars to have multiple liveries? I fixed the issue, It was because I hadn't put on +livery on the vehicles.ide file

That could be a good idea, but a more sensible option is to alows us to scroll through the textures on our cars, but you cado that on SNT anyway

So will be being stuck with the police cruiser, then having the option for the patrol, then noose, then stockade then patriot, it wouldnt be a good idea. Plus alot of people use different mods so it wouldnt fit correctly

I have tried a few times to put a skin on my CVPI, Impala, Charger and Tahoe, but everytime I try I get a ZLIB20 error when the game loads up and am thrown back to the desktop. The way I am doing it is, Opening the .wtd file of the vehicle, and replacing police_sign_1 texture file, but I get the error if I go onto GTAIV with this. Am I doing this completely wrong, because I want to use a few textures with Area Livery Mod with my LCPDFR. By skins I mean the texture on the car Got the skins on, the proper way, but now I get put into a loading screen, and it wont load the game.

It was a cold dark tuesday night, and I was on patrol in the stations newest fight against crime, the Dodge Charger SRT8 Patrol Car. I take primary and go in for a pit on plumbers skyway, I come around from the right and execute it perfectly. It was a simple traffic stop on Union Drive, or it was supposed to be. It was a crimson red Albany Cavalcade with Gold Wheels and had 4 gang members in it. Me and my partner got out of the Impala, got our guns ready and I walked up to get all four ID's. Then shots are fired, they have fully automatic mini Uzi SMG's. I retreat to my cop car and they drive off, I give chase. I call for backup and Request a roadblock. He goes down Union Drive East at over 70 MPH and almost collides with a yellow cab. We get a chopper on him and go into a tunnel. A bus changes lanes and the Cavalcade swerves between the beams, rolling and crashing. Surrounded by half of Algonquins fines, they start shooting and immediately take out my partner. I rush to the back of the Impala, grab my M4 and start firing shots at the now ruined SUV. They are surrounded but seem more skilled than my fellow cops. I then shoot through the front and rear windows to kill one of them, and then their car is on fire and they start to run. I shoot one and the other steals the bus, so another chase ensues and every cop in Liberty City is after them. Other cops try and pit the bus, but its useless. However, I head to the local PD, and ''Borrow'' the Lenko Bearcat Law Enforcement Vehicle. I rejoin the chase and ram the bus off the road, get my M4 and kill the gang member which leads to 60 cop cars blowing up. BUT it was the best pursuit I had ever been in.

I have spent alot of time with LCPDFR 1.0C and this is a short review covering the basics It is brilliant, it is a huge mod but is very well optimized, keeping crashes to a minimum, even when other mods are being used. The traffic stops are fun and very easy to do, with only a press of shift and simple key commands for seperate options. They also vary and allow arrests, giving tickets, warnings and even a high speed chase. The chases are fun but it would be nice if there were less cars in pursuit, Or have a wanted level system if thats possible, so maximum 2 cars for 1*, 5 cars for 2*, 8 cars and a helicopter for 3*, 12 cars and roadblocks for 4*, 15 cars and annihilator, and patriot roadblocks for 5* and 18 cars, 2 choppers, and locked down islands with enforcer road blocks and cement blockades at the bridges. It is very easy to install, using an executable to automatically install the files, which is a big improvement. It is also easy to get into as there is a tutorial showing all aspects of the mod, and is at its best when used in conjunction with other script mods. It has multiplayer support so that freinds can use the mod with you. The police computer has been reworked, including a database where you enter a suspects name and get a result, or you can call it in to dispatch who will give the details over radio. Callouts are great as they are real crimes that you can respond to and make it that more realistic. The taser is a good addition as it is useful for making a suspect more co operative, and helps to get an arrest. 10/10 An Amazing Mod

Yes, I done a complete backup of GTAIV and deleted the folder from steam, and then copied the backup folder in to the common folder of steam apps, but I still get this error. (BTW it was after reinstall so it is no mods at all)

26. But from now (don't know why I didn't do this sooner), I will have a fresh backup of GTA4, unmodded, then my scripts beside it and LCPDFR and ELS installs in another folder

I keep getting this error called ZLIB20 error after putting some skins on some cars, and adding a new police station interior. Could this be caused by skinning multiple vehicles with multiple skins or putting new textures in or what?
