That is brilliant timing as I was just making backups (A few Modded story backups and a modded lcpdfr backup aswell) and this would give me another way to play it

Can I just ask why you think 4 was trash, I mean you have the right to your own opinion, but I loved that game, but everyone else seems to absolutely hate it. I mean it had very good car customization, good mission design, a good car list, decent ai and good police mechanics. I mean I know it was not as good as San Andreas but I have some brilliant memories of that game. My favourite is 2 though, the 1, the 4, then 3, then SF That would be amazing, I actually got VC when it and SA where 75% off on Steam after GTAV on PC got announced, so I got them. I'm now trying to complete it with the New Vice City Script Mod

Yeah I have the blueprints, changed from a jpg to a bmp so im waiting for 3DS Max to download so I can start the mod properly I will show parts of the model when I finish them

It wasnt all because they were a bit off, but more the BMW blueprints are all seperate for front, top, sides etc. so it was a bit easier to change them from .jpg to .bmp. If I am able to get the 1 series done right I will move onto another sports car, maybe Audi TT

Turns out those blueprints were off, although I did find some good ones for a 2008 135i which will be my first mod. I have the blueprints and am getting ready to get the mod started

So I am currently making my first car mod, which is going to be a Peugoet 205. I am new to modelling so I decided to do something simple and quite boxy. I have the blueprint for the car and am in the process of modelling it with zmodeller. Here is the blueprint I have and I will be adding more as I progress throughout the mod, all the way to release.

I was thinking more, make the model, then maybe use a texture from another mod of the same make and model, and edit it to Liberty City and have some with Algonquin, Broker, Alderney etc. I'm thinking to port the car from another game, so I was thinking to port a Charger, Impala and CVPI from Driver SF and the two taxi's. And maybe look at public service vehicles from some other games, and see if there are any that fit the theme of Liberty City and maybe port those Alright I'm thinking to try and make one car mod and see how I do before I think about making a whole pack of them

Sort of a police and public services pack, so CVPI, Charger Police, Caprice PPV, NY City Bus, Two Taxi's, SWAT Truck, Prisoner Transport Van, Prison Bus, and a few others. There wouldn't be any skins or anything

I'm thinking about making a Liberty County Police/Public Services Pack for GTA4, but what would I need to do to make a proper car pack, as I haven't done it before?

Well, I did just install an ELS Corvette, by CJ24 I believe. Didn't get the error before I got it.

I installed Area Livery mod and edited it to my liking, however, I am getting Algonquin units in Broker, Broker Units In Algonquin, Bohan and Alderney are good though Here Is the .ini Also my skins are as follows on the texture file for each Broker = police_sign_1 Algonquin = police_sign_2 Bohan = police_sign_3 Alderney State = police_sign_4

I was recording a video for YouTube, with me testing the cars of GTAIV, and I am testing the airtug when the game crashes with an SMPA60 error, which is caused by having a modded car in the garage, I have no cars in any garage AT ALL.

Not my best but I had an epic moment yesterday. I got a call for a shootout in Beechwood City, I arrive and there are 6 Shooters, 4 with AK's and 2 with Uzi's. I get my M4 from the trunk and call for backup. I get the 2 guys with Uzi's Quickly, but the AK's are just spraying my cruiser. Then backup arrives, but not in a normal way. I'm about to get the last guy and then I see a Crown Vic in the air heading towards me, so I quickly roll away from my cop car, and barely missed the head on collision, with the 2 cop cars absolutely totalled. It turned out that there was an incline on the road and the car was doing over 60. It also turned out that the Crown Vic had hit 2 of the gunmen on the head and killed them. We then arrested the last guy who dropped his weapon.

I found out how to get liveries to work & I will show you how to AND how to prevent constant crashes from ZLIB20 error, caused by the latest OPENIV update To get liveries to work first you need a car that matches the livery you want to put on it, as different authors use different templates, so check the read me to see what specific car your skin is optimized for. Then Open SparkIV, install the car (if necessary). Then click the texture file and click edit at the top. Then when you are in edit mode, click one of the ''police_sign_1'' or something similar. Then click import (make sure that the skin is on the desktop). Find the skin and click open. Then if you are using Simple Native Trainer, go to it's INI and put default livery to 9 (only if using multiple liveries). To fix ZLIB20 error, you will first want to replace your vehicles.img with a fresh backup. If you didn't backup, then the only option is to reinstall the game. Then use SparkIV to install any cars you want using SparkIV as the latest OpenIV update has made any cars installed through it, crash GTAIV.

It is OpenIV, it works fine now, only got a crash when I tried to do a bait car, but that always crashes my game.
