Wow... you just said exactley what car culture hates. It's not that we like to pollute it's just that a hobby causes it. And frankly running a car on an electric engine would never be the same. It's our hobby, it pollutes. But if your so worried about the enviorment do something for it yourself instead of bugging us about it. I don't see you planting trees every weekend.

He's not trying to pollute more. He's trying to get faster times on the track. I understand where he's coming from and I respect it. But to get faster times you have to pollute more, it just goes hand in hand.

ELS. You need toput in ELS configs though if you want certain patterns. Also to get your game to look like that you need an ENB.

You need OpenIV. Then you go to pc/models/cdimages/vehicles. Drop in there and your done.

It's ridiculous to propose. It don't think it'll pass, but there's a chance. Odds are not though. I just wonder how they can be so blind.

So I'll put this in a nutshell. The EPA is proposing a law that if you read the fine print pretty much says: "It will be illegal to make the smallest change/mod on your car." I don't think the EPA realize what they're doing. They'll destroy hundreds of companies and thousands of jobs. They'll even destroy car culture its self. If it passes it'll be a huge hit on the economy too. I've loved cars ever since I was like 2. This pretty much makes me anti-EPA. If you can't change or modify your car what's the point? You may as well make a law that says every person in the US has to drive a Chevy Volt. They don't realize this'll kill millions of peoples passion. What are your thoughts? I know I'm out for blood. Hey so I have this bug with my GTA IV where I start the game it doesn't even get to the loading screens and it crashes. If I restart my PC it works fine. But this happens everytime I try to play (without restarting my PC). Could it have something to do with my PC being on sleep mode all day until I come home from school? I won't post my logs because they don't show anything because I can't get in game. Help! UPDATE: I ruled out the sleep mode thing. Guys I really need help here! I'm a clan owner who can't go in patrols! This has been going on for months please help.

Go into the ytd file find the car texture click replace texture. Find the texture you want and replace it. Also check the ytd_hi to see if you have to do the same there.
