I've tried opening the developer models in Zmodeler 2 and 3 get error in both I've even tried merging the model anyone know how I can open them?

That was a great video, it's something that should be played at schools and on the news people may actually learn something from it, that video puts the human factor back into the picture where the public has dehumanized officers

In Connecticut the state police use 2013 chargers although they are rare and use the Ford Taurus Interceptor and the interceptor utility (the explorer) which are simply silver unmarked cars with whelen liberty light bars that say state police in the center all the cars have those god aweful hubcaps and the LED spot light, major case squad state police detectives were using impalas but now are typically using black taurus interceptors but you can find pictures of them on policecar website where you may find the pictures from the other states your looking for as well

You're taught different techniques to wind a person as well to" take the fight out of them" those techniques usually entail using a series of body blows that to any other officer seem to be reasonable use of force which in N.Y. on the online booking sheet we would have to write that we used that force necessary to overcome the resistance. The average person sees that as police brutality although I have found by continuously yelling "stop resisting" for the most part we would get the crowd to start yelling at the perp to stop fighting. It's all in perception which, nowadays any hands on techniques used the public cries police brutality
